So this was your response to my comments? Instead of saying something like "Thanks for the compliment, I read a lot of books and study on my own, and have great parents who taught me a lot of stuff." etc.

Hello, Niall.

I welcome you to the forum

Let me be curious, what were the last 10-20 books you read, excluding your textbooks?

Really, guys? Is the bar that low in the US? One would think that even a teenager should be able to string together a couple of sentences in his native language without making a complete fool of himself.

Maybe I over exaggerated just a little bit, but the education system in the USA has absolutely been dumbed down to nigger level.

Default What are you referring to?

When you said 'Good Grief' Are you referring to the fact that my school made us read TKAM?

I said "Good grief" because I'm pretty sure that Alex Him was just joking; I doubt that he really wanted you to list the last 20 books you've read.

But since you mention it... The following part is a bit weird:

Neither Ally nor Lisa have any same-sex experience prior to meeting each other, other than a drunken kiss Lisa shared with another girl, of which she no longer carries any memory. By the time they have finished college, and are in their mid-twenties, both have had limited experiences in the world of BDSM. Ally has had some decent S/M experience with a former boyfriend, Alan, and has become an expert in bondage

The above lesbian sadomasochistic bondage stuff seems pretty degenerate to me, but of course you're free to read whatever you want.

Default Yes, you have a point

I know it sounds strange I would read that. But I'll read anything.

If you like literature from the state of Georgia, I highly recommend that you read some poetry written by Sidney Lanier, including "The Song of the Chattahoochee" and "The Marses of Glynn," both written by Sidney Lanier. Georgia is my birth state and Lanier won't steer you wrong.

No, the book is about the country. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_(country)

In this case, you were wrong, Stewart

I really wondered what Niall reads and I am grateful to him for answering my question

What is the reason for this, Niall?

After all, readers usually (after a certain preliminary period) have a certain vector and they want to read one kind of books and not read another ones.

How long ago did you start active reading of books?

I've always liked reading, ever since I first learned how to. All books have something to offer. Even something as puerile as 50 shades of grey (In that case, a laugh) which I've never read.

You reason like an eternal being who has time to read all the books written on Earth

I am by nature more fussy and therefore I prefer to read books that are interesting to me, and leave uninteresting ones alone.

Thanks, Alex. I will say, there are some books that I know of that I don't want to read, such as Breathing Underwater by Alex Flinn, which is extremely depressing, and Smilla's Sense Of Snow, by Peter Hoeg, which I tried reading but found to dense.

It's good that at least something stops you a step away from perfection

But when a telephone directory is as interesting as Don Quixote, then...
