I don't have a water (plastic) bottle, but I'm going to go buy a bottle of water just so I can do this. Actually, fairly amazing.

I linked to this site a few years ago. I made this bread one time. You don't mess with it. The process is easy. The one time I made the bread it came out perfect. It takes two days, but it is mix it, ignore it, rise is once, bake it, eat it.

It makes a crusty, tasty bread...just how I like it.

All you need is...

Bread flour
Instant yeast
Salt
Water

Good bread is getting so damn expensive, this popped up in my memory, and I searched for the recipe and found the exact same site. I'm going to start a loaf today.
