Parents of sick toddler Alfie Evans lose UK court appeal
If this child was not White, would the state be doing this?
"Britain's Court of Appeal on Wednesday rejected a new bid by the parents of terminally ill toddler Alfie Evans to take him to Italy and continue his life support against the wishes of his doctors and judges. Doctors say the 23-month-old boy suffers from a degenerative neurological condition that has left him in a "semi-vegetative state" with almost no brain function. Medics caring for him at Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool have said further treatment is futile, and the toddler's life support was withdrawn Monday after a series of court rulings sided with the doctors and blocked further medical treatment. Alfie's parents continued their fight to take him to Italy to be cared for at the Vatican's children's hospital, which has said it is willing to take him." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world...cid=spartanntp

I was looking at some of the videos about this little child. How awful to be parents who are told, due to the laws concerning national health, they have no rights where the welfare of their children are concerned. This is the national health system for you. It is sickening.
Even if the child has no chance whatsoever of getting better, those parents have every right in the White world to decide what happens to him. It is simply astounding that the "state" would actually prevent the parents from taking their child to another hospital in a first world country for treatment, when the present hospital has already consigned the child to death and will provide no further treatment. It just leaves one speechless. If the child dies, the father should do the honorable thing and get a gun and enough ammo and take out everyone in the National Health system he can get to before he is killed. Enough is enough. If that is the only course of action, then so be it.

I'm no fan of the jewed UK health system. But once someone is brain-dead he is no longer a person any more than bones in the grave are. There is no Alfie Evans; there is only flesh kept alive by artificial means. This is a mockery of nature.
The parents should spend their energy on making healthy White children.

Parents of sick toddler Alfie Evans lose UK court appeal
It's a very sad situation, but the child is gone.
it reminds me of a case here in St. Louis many years ago of a woman who was brain dead and the doctors wanted to turn off life support, but the anti-abortion crowd went viral, demanding she live. There were constant demonstrations, lawsuits in court, and one man even tried to marry her to keep her alive. Again, this was a woman who was a human vegetable. There was no response, and she was wasting away. My brother was a policeman, and did extra duty in her ward, because the antis were always trying to break in; there was talk of trying to spirit her out. He said she was lifeless, and stank to high heaven. He became very angry at the anti-abortion groups, and said 'just let her die in peace.' Eventually, she did. Again, note how the pro-life groups become furious over this, but won't do thing to save the race. My wishes are with the couple that they try again. As George Orwell remarked, in our age the death of a child is seen as an awful tragedy, but in the Victorian period, it was accepted as a daily occurence and dealt with. |

The point, of course, is that the right of the parents to decide what should be done for their child has been supplanted by the right of the child, and it is now the state's duty to see to it that the best interests of the child is carried out. The parent is removed from the picture.
Why can't some of you here not understand this simple point? And parents don't just turn their backs on a sick child to start making a new baby. Good grief. Some of you here continue to baffle me with your rote response to really serious situations.

The child is not, as you say, "sick". It doesn't even exist as a functioning human(as was mentioned previously) any longer - nor will it ever - but rather as a brain dead husk kept alive by unnatural means. This sounds cruel, but that's reality; cruel. Far more cruel than this, though, is attempting to keep this sick spectacle going. They need to learn to let go and move on, and hopefully will in time. Tough decisions have to be made for the good of mankind, and this couple is, like you, obviously in an emotional hysteria, unable to see the situation for what it is. The child is gone, and they need to stop fighting nature and prolonging the inevitable. Either accept the loss and begin creating new white children, or, if not recommended by doctors due to a high chance of another occurrence of another bad outcome, perhaps adopt. Genetic testing and prenatal screening can prevent much of this today, but ignorant people often choose to go through with the pregnancy anyway, taxing the whole of society in the process.

Fuck off Jack Russell terrier. Don't blame me because you are unable to glean the main point from a post.
Speaking of Jack Russells, and the value of a life, I've had hundreds of dogs with more intelligence and innate value than you obviously have. Stop wasting space and my time with your tedious woman hating bullshit.

Our Jewish God Jesus can save the child, unless it's a changling.

I'm with Jack Russel on this.
The kid is dead, and the parents just need to let it go. The kid's parents seem like christcucks to me who're just hopelessly waiting for some kinda miracle to happen. That's fine and all, unless you're using another person's money and resources. Who's footing the bill for keeping the kid alive in a hospital? Is that really fair to everyone else who pays into the system who has a legitimate chance at recovery? What sorta quality of life would the kid have if he does manage to recover? Is he going to be another special ed attendee who's parents get a gubmint gibsmedat disability check for? Or does he have a reasonable shot at recovering, and becoming a productive member of society? The left and the christcucked are the ones who place an infinite value on the life of a single person. That's not based on logic, but pure emotional hysteria. Logic says that you have to draw the line somewhere. And unfortunately for this kid, his time is up. I wouldn't expect someone to do this for me. I gave verbal instructions to pull the plug should I get injured and put into a similar state. REAL right wing people don't place infinite value on specific individuals. Especially those who have little to no chance (sorry but this kid has no chance) to be productive in any sort of way. He would 100% be a drain on society. People of logical, right wing mindsets seem to understand this.

Was the degenerative neurological condition actually genetic, or, you know, the other thing...
The MSM reports seem a bit vague on it. |

If the kid's parents want to setup a gofundme page, and collect hundreds of thousands or millions a year from christcucks around the world just to keep a brain dead kid sucking air through a machine, then that's their personal prerogative. I would rather Alfie Evans be a dump for christcucked resources, instead of them feeding niggers in Africa. But if the Nation's citizens have to pay to keep a dead kid sucking air through a machine, then they don't have a legitimate case here. And I 100% agree with the ruling.

Italy has offered to take the child and make him a citizen. Regardless of his condition, or his chance of survival, his parents should be able to take him. Right now, they are starving the child. Wow, they sure have the best interests of the child there, whereas those evil parents just love him and want to be sure they have exhausted all possibilities before they let him go.
You all are not consistent in your philosophy about when the "state" has the right over your life and when it doesn't. In this case, you want the gubbament to pull the plug on a baby over the wishes of his parents who actually love him. Okeedokee.

Medical science can't work miracles, and medical care is extremely expensive. Someone has to draw the line. I think it's safe to say at this point that the chances of this kid making a full recovery is basically zero. If he makes a partial recovery, then he's going to be dead weight. Another person drawing a pay check for maintaining an invalid. Your position seems to be that every person's life is worth any cost, regardless of the facts surrounding the situation. How many millions of dollars worth of resources have already been spent on keeping this kid breathing? The parents give up their rights the moment they start using the State's resources to keep their vegetable alive. The kid has zero chance at making a recovery, and becoming a productive member of society. The parents are delusional if they think there is any chance for this kid to make a full recovery. And IMO, it's bordering macabre keeping a bag of meat alive, when the organ responsible for its control functions is irreparably damaged.

The christian position is let's give jebus more time to work a miracle. If jebus is gonna work a miracle, then why does it matter whether a dead kid is plugged into a machine or not? If jebus raised from the dead, then so can Alfie Evans.

This is what you get with socialized medicine. When other people pay the tab, other people make the decision. Oh yeah, and they dont actually pay the tab if you read the fine print. You do on your taxes. So socialized medicine means you get to pay and a politician decides who gets treatment.
A market is better. But then you'd have to take responsibility for your own life, and nobody wants that. Imaginary safety and real regulation beat freedom and responsibility every time! |

Goddamn, you all are dense as mud. It's the right of the parents, not the state, to make decisions for their child.
It's interesting, though, that it's always the ones here who have no children who are the ones to advocate for your position. And usually the men with no children. Everything is just a nice neat little package with you fellas, where women and children are concerned. When White men are involved, the answer is a little more nuanced. And that is my last word. You all talk amongst yourselves from now on.

You and I were writing at the same time Linder. My post was for the ones before you.
You at least seem to get my point. You have children too. Interesting.

I support a heavily-regulated market in which insurance companies would have to settle for lower profits and not be allowed to deny claims so easily. In a healthy, White ethnostate they wouldn't have to pay out as many claims anyway because McDonald's would be banned and faggots would be put in concentration camps, etc.

If you want private insurance, then your rights end the moment you've exhausted your plan's maximum coverage amount, and somewhere in there is probably some fine print that you forgot to read that allows an insurance company to get out of paying for Alfie Evans cases past a certain point. If you want Socialized medicine, then some bureaucrat gets to decide which treatments you can receive for which conditions. This isn't about parents rights. Socialized medicine or not, society cannot afford to keep brain dead kids on machines forever. This is a matter of what's practical, and logical. I don't even understand how you can make this about parents rights? It seems like just a straight up entitlement attitude - "I get to decide whatever for my kid, even if it's pointless and someone else has to pay for it!". The proper thing to do in this case would be to end the kid's bodily functions so the parents could schedule a funeral, and move on with their lives. That's what any sane parent would do. But these people are completely hysterical.
