Moscow does not stand to benefit from the alleged poisoning of anti-corruption activist Alexey Navalny, the Russian Foreign Ministry has said, noting the haste with which Western media and governments made the insinuation.

The ministry issued a statement on Tuesday evening, following a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun, during which the subject of Navalny was raised, among other issues.

Lavrov pointed out the “suspicious haste” with which the narrative about Navalny’s alleged poisoning was picked up in Washington and Brussels and instantly compared to the “poisonings” of Alexander Litvinenko and the Skripals – which were blamed on Moscow before any investigations happened.

"The question inevitably arises – who benefits from it? The Russian leadership clearly does not."

The ministry added that accusations of a 'cover-up' made against the Russian doctors who first treated Navalny were untrue.

“We consider deeply offensive the accusations of ‘covering up the truth’, directed from some Western capitals to the doctors in Omsk, who immediately rendered highly professional aid” to Navalny, the ministry said.

"They gave the patient's complete medical history to the team of German doctors," the statement continued. "We hope that the German doctors will show the same professional approach and will not allow the results of their laboratory tests to be used for politicized purposes."

A full-bench US federal appeals court has reversed an earlier decision to dismiss the ‘Russiagate’ case against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, returning it to the judge who refused to let the charges be dropped.

In a 8-2 ruling on Monday, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Judge Emmet Sullivan, and sent the case back to him for review. Sullivan had been ordered by a three-judge panel in June to drop the case against Flynn immediately, but hired an attorney and asked for an en banc hearing instead.

Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell said the split was “as expected” based on the tone of the oral arguments, pointing to a partisan divide on the bench, and added it was a “disturbing blow to the rule of law.”

The former top lawyer for the Barack Obama administration, Neal Katyal, hailed the decision as “an important step in defending the rule of law” and argued the case should not be dismissed because Flynn had pleaded guilty.

Flynn had indeed pleaded guilty to one charge of lying to the FBI, but Powell moved to dismiss the charges due to the failure of his previous attorneys – a law firm with ties to the Democrats – and the government to disclose evidence that could set him free. After producing documents revealing that the FBI set out to entrap Flynn, had no valid cause to interview him in the first place, and the prosecutors improperly extorted him into a plea by threatening to charge his son, the Justice Department moved to drop all charges.

The alleged poisoning of Russian opposition figure Alexey Navalny could see Berlin cancel the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, and press the EU to consider other sanctions against Moscow, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas has said.

In an interview published on Sunday by Bild, a popular pro-American Berlin tabloid, Maas said: “I hope the Russians don’t force us to change our stance on Nord Stream 2, we have high expectations of the Russian government that it will solve this serious crime.”

The German diplomat claimed to have seen “a lot of evidence” that the Russian state was behind the poison attack. “The deadly chemical weapon with which Navalny was poisoned was in the past in the possession of Russian authorities,” he insisted. “Novichok is only accessible to a very small group of people,”

He conceded that stopping the almost-completed pipeline would also harm German and broader European business interests, pointing out that the gas pipeline’s construction involves “over 100 companies from 12 European countries, and about half of them come from Germany.”

The minister also threatened the Kremlin with broader EU sanctions if it doesn’t help to clarify what happened “in the coming days.”

Meanwhile, Moscow says it’s ready to cooperate with Berlin in relation to the situation with Navalny. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Rossiya-24 TV channel on Sunday that she believes it’s actually the Germans who are dragging their feet, having failed to provide any evidence of poisoning.

“Berlin should show operational efficiency,” Zakharova said. “We are ready for cooperation with the German side, 24 hours per day.”

The Alexey Navalny case is a good example of what happens when a useful idiot stops being useful. This annoying clown kept agitating against the Russian government, but was met with contempt or indifference by the Russian public, so his jewish puppet masters had no other choice than to try to make a martyr of him by poisoning him and blaming it on Putin.

They didn't actually kill Navalny, apparently he survived even though they reportedly used a so-called Novichok nerve agent, which is supposed to be deadly. The reaction of Western media and officials to German claims that Russian protest leader Alexey Navalny was poisoned by a “Novichok-type substance” has been disproportionately swift and emotional compared to Russia's own reaction.

One wonders, where does this Western solidarity come from, mere hours after the breaking news from Germany? NATO allies and their supporters, from the German government itself to the administrations of the United States and the UK, quickly echoed each other in adopting the same narrative.

The German government, without presenting any evidence from German doctors, said in a statement that there was “no doubt” about Navalny having been poisoned by one of the nerve agents from the Novichok Group. Given that this specific chemical weapon is reported by Western press to be a Russian specialty (even though it is not) Western governments quickly rushed to point fingers at Moscow, ignoring the possibility that any other possible perpetrator could exist.

British prime minister Boris Johnson issued a definitive verdict on the situation via Twitter, calling it “outrageous that a chemical weapon was used” against Navalny and recalling the unending saga of the Skripals’ alleged poisonings in Salisbury, England, in 2018.

“We have seen first-hand the deadly consequences of Novichok in the UK,” he wrote, demanding that the Russian government “must now explain” exactly what happened to Navalny.

The problem is that even now, neither the British public nor any other has a “first-hand” knowledge of what happened in Salisbury, since the journalists covering the case never had access to Sergei and Yulia Skripal.

As West threatens sanctions, Kremlin says outsiders shouldn't dictate to Russia how to investigate situation with Navalny

After a week of political figures in various Western states calling for sanctions on Moscow if it fails to investigate the alleged poisoning of Alexey Navalny to their liking, the Kremlin has told them to mind their own business.

Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday that other states should not dictate to Russia what investigative procedures it ought to carry out involving the incident with the anti-corruption activist.

“In fact, an inquiry is underway in the form of what lawyers call a pre-investigation probe. Our agencies are looking into this incident,” Peskov told reporters. “And we don’t like it when other countries tell us what legal steps to take, when they should start and what they should be based on.”

On Thursday, at a UN Security Council meeting, the US called on Russia to conduct a transparent investigation into what happened to Navalny. Washington's appeal was supported by Belgium, Estonia, Germany and the UK. Russia's representative Vasily Nebenzya said that Moscow has no reason to start a full inquiry at this point, as it is still waiting for Berlin to provide data on the activist's exact condition.

Hope of a full recovery for Alexey Navalny received a boost on Tuesday morning, when the Russian opposition figure published a photo from Berlin's Charite hospital for the first time since he was admitted on August 24.

Writing on Instagram, Navalny explained that he "can still barely do anything," but is now able to breathe "on his own" without a ventilator. The anti-corruption activist appears to be in good spirits, joking that he "recommends" breathing, which he described as an "amazing, underestimated" process.

Russia is reprising its still-unproven 2016 election meddling efforts, this time targeting Democratic challenger Joe Biden, according to FBI Director Christopher Wray, who gave no evidence to support his crowd-pleasing claims.

Wray told the House of Representatives that Russia is taking a “very active” role in the 2020 US election, claiming Moscow “continues to try to influence our elections, primarily through what we call malign foreign influence” during a Thursday hearing on national security threats.

According to the FBI director, the Russians’ primary goal seems to be not only to “sow divisiveness and discord,” but to trash Democratic nominee Joe Biden – along with “what the Russians see as a kind of anti-Russian establishment” – through social media, “use of proxies,” state-run media, and “online journals.”

Wray contrasted 2020’s alleged meddling with that of 2016, which he claimed involved “an effort to target election infrastructure,” presenting no evidence to back up either current or past claims – other than that the FBI or other intelligence agencies had made the same claims in the past. There is no actual evidence that Russia interfered with election infrastructure in 2016.

While four years of similarly flavored conspiracy theories blaming Russia for Donald Trump’s 2016 win have come up empty-handed, the paucity of real-world evidence for ‘Russian meddling’ has not stopped Wray and other US intel officials from hyping it up as a major threat to the integrity of the democratic process.

US military reveals it can't corroborate NYT's story on Russian bounties to Taliban - months after vowing to get to bottom of it

After two months of digging for evidence that Russia's government paid bounties to Taliban forces to kill American forces in Afghanistan, as reported by the New York Times, the US military has found no corroboration.

“It just has not been proved to a level of certainty that satisfies me,” General Frank McKenzie, the commander who oversees US troops in Afghanistan, reportedly told NBC News on Monday. Investigators continue to look into the matter, he said.

The investigation already has reviewed intelligence concerning every attack on US troops in Afghanistan in the past several years, and none has been tied to Russian incentive payments. “I just haven't seen anything that closes that gap yet,” McKenzie said.

Russia’s embassy in the US has demanded clarification after an unnamed American official was cited in a report stating that US forces are providing weapons to militant units in Crimea as they launch attacks on Russian troops.

The embassy said it treated the statement with “grave concern” in a social media post on Thursday, asking Washington to provide further details as to whether American weapons were being passed to Ukrainian fighters carrying out clandestine operations in Crimea.

“Unnamed US officials speak about their country’s support of terrorist activities in third countries. In this case, they talk specifically about Russia,” the embassy said on Facebook.

“If it is true... we then demand the US side to clarify whether or not Washington directly or indirectly has facilitated the SBU [Ukrainian security services] in organizing terrorist attacks against the people of Crimea.”

Germany, France & UK to propose sanctions on Russia over alleged poisoning of opposition figure Navalny

Germany, France and the UK will push for EU sanctions on Russian individuals over the alleged poisoning of Kremlin critic Alexey Navalny, saying they see no other “credible explanation” for the incident than Moscow’s involvement.

The proposals will target “individuals deemed responsible for this crime and breach of international norms” as well as “an entity involved in the Novichok program,” the French and German foreign ministries said in a joint statement on Wednesday.

"No credible explanation has been provided by Russia so far. In this context, we consider that there is no other plausible explanation for Mr Navalny's poisoning than a Russian involvement and responsibility,” the statement reads. Berlin and Paris said they will share their proposals for sanctions with their EU partners shortly.

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) has accepted an invitation from Moscow to send experts to Russia. They will cooperate with their Russian counterparts in investigating the Alexey Navalny case.

Last month, the OPCW offered technical assistance to the German government, after Berlin announced that the Russian opposition figure, and well-known anti-corruption activist, had been attacked with a nerve agent from the so-called “Novichok group.” The Germans cited an analysis of samples conducted by their military specialists.

In the OPCW’s press release, the organization explained that it is “ready to provide the requested expertise” to Moscow, thanking Russia for “its trust in the Technical Secretariat's independence and expertise."

The Southern Poverty Law Center recently published an article legalistically implying that National Justice is a covert troll farm run out of Moscow, with an accompanying photoshopped image of yours truly screaming in front of the Kremlin.

Their evidence? National Justice hired a Russian web developer who provides affordable rates to give us his cheapest and fastest option, which was to clone the design of another publication, Russia Insider.

The author, Michael Edison Hayden, has referred to my journalism as disinformation, with implications that Vlad Putin is controlling me behind the scenes because I have a Russian tech guy. He provided no examples of any of my reporting being inaccurate, only that he doesn't like what I'm reporting.

Charles Bausman, the editor of a site that began covering culture and politics in Russia and became a hit, was targeted with the brunt of the slanderous attack. According to the article, Bausman -- whose family roots in Lancaster go back to the American Revolution -- is a secret agent who Putin parachuted into the middle of Amish country to help me make Black Lives Matter and Antifa rioters look bad.

Not a shred of evidence is provided here either. Bausman once lived in Russia and was a guest on Russia Today five years ago. According to this logic, if this makes Bausman or anyone else suspect, then full time RT employees actually drawing checks from the Russian state like Larry King must be extra nefarious.

The next day, the SPLC published another article saying that Lancaster is a swing district being targeted by a pro-Trump Russian psy-op. They fail to mention that Trump defeated Clinton there by almost 20 points.

Hayden, an anarcho-communist and self-described Antifa member, first appeared on the scene in 2017 when the owners of Newsweek started hiring undignified and unethical people willing to churn out fake news at their clickfarm for pocket money. It later came out that Newsweek during this period was just front for a Moony cult's money laundering operation.

At some point in 2018, two troubled women run out of the nationalist movement for their bad behavior approached Hayden to use him for revenge. After about a year of us making fun of him on Gab for being a failed softcore porn writer, Hayden was eager to oblige. With a little lunchbox full of half-truths in tow, he was able to gain employment in yet another racket, the F-rated "charity" known as the SPLC.

Since going to work for the SPLC as a "Senior Investigative Reporter." he has dedicated his tenure to childish trolling like planting rumors that my mother is a Puerto Rican, that I am a meth head, that Trey Garrison used to be a gay porn director, and that Mike Peinovich, a pro-white radio personality, is a nefarious domestic terrorist who attends Purim dinners with Ashley Rae Goldenberg's Jewish fraternity. Most of this is intended to provoke a reaction, which makes him upset when he doesn't get it, but just when we thought he couldn't get any lower he's now accusing us all of being stooges for Mother Russia.

I am reluctant to psychoanalyze people, but projection comes to mind when you read about his insecurities over being mixed race, his habit of getting wasted at work, his history of making explicit threats to send Antifa after people, or the fact that he used to direct his wife Aadya Bedi in BDSM performances for fellow deviants.

While it's easy to laugh at tragic clowns like Michael Edison Hayden, the post-truth sea he's doggy paddling in has flooded every aspect of American life. Articles about white supremacist boogeymen working for Putin are standard SPLC fare to scam Mueller watching party attending MSNBC catladies out of money, but the moral panic they're fundraising off is very real and very dangerous.

Last month the Department of Homeland Security released a bulletin affirming that calling 78-year-old Joe Biden old makes you part of a "Russian influence" operation. Expressing dismay at the anarchist violence engulfing our country unimpeded is also seen as suspect. Just like that, institutional actors and petty tyrants are able to cast the shadow of criminal treason, which is punished by death under US law, over anyone stating the obvious.

At this point the Russia hoax has been proven beyond reasonable doubt to have been a failed disinformation campaign invented by permanent bureaucrats at the CIA and FBI to try and delegitimize Trump's surprise victory. The fact that most people in America now know this hasn't stopped the evil nerds and megalomaniacs at the DHS and FBI from using their limitless well of taxpayer funded resources to launch a dirty war against the American people under the guise of "Russian meddling" and "white supremacy."

A DHS threat assessment report released on October 6th blames heightened social and racial tensions, lack of faith in America's plutocrats, and other sentiments universally expressed in failed states not on the consistent pattern of incoherence and conflict in multicultural societies or the media and state openly gaslighting and oppressing us, but on Russians hiding in our Fruit Loops.

This "expert" opinion, while largely ignored or mocked by the man on the street, has now been made into policy through a campaign to get social media platforms to hand over their content moderation to the Anti-Defamation League and censor anyone critical of our highly neurotic and spiteful oligarchs.

While some Trumpworld conservatives are ready and willing to dismiss Russia bullshit as a lie, they are quick to play their role in the dialectic when faced with the white supremacy hoax.

The goal of flooding our airwaves with concern trolling about an imminent white supremacist threat is a dirty political trick intended first to conflate the legitimate and peaceful expression of nationalist beliefs with acts of terrorism, and secondarily to discourage Trump from deploying his tried and true campaign strategy of dog whistling to the disenfranchised and discriminated white majority to win.

The "lethal" white supremacy threat, according to the the aforementioned DHS report, claims 39 people died in eight incidents at the hands of white men with racist views since 2018. None of these men belonged to a nationalist or ethnic advocacy organization -- not even the Ku Klux Klan.

During the same time period, "white supremacists" have been less lethal than lightning (54 deaths), plastic bags (40), and peanuts (100). Leftist anti-white race agitators the DHS does not mention and refuses to condemn killed 19 people in just 14 days of their rioting, likely surpassing the right-wing "extremist" death toll by now. The FBI's own 2019 homicide data shows that last year blacks (13.4% of the population) committed more murders (6,425) than all non-blacks put together.

The FBI, traditionally obsessed with its prestige, is undergoing a historic public confidence crisis that its pathetic behavior is only exacerbating. A recent Rasmussen poll found that 46% of people want to see a government crackdown on the FBI versus just 23% who don't. The numbers would be even more lopsided if 90% of the media wasn't dedicated damage control for their obscene and systematic corruption.

America has become a dark and paranoid place where your rights and freedom are now completely predicated on the political interests of federal prosecutors, agents, judges and big capitalists. Speaking with friends of mine from across the political spectrum, some who are well-known and popular artists, entertainers, commentators and intellectuals, they all express the same view: if you say something outside of the suffocatingly narrow window of allowed opinions, powerful people will accuse you of being a foreign meddler or white supremacist and destroy you.

Future historians will one day look back on this moment with shame and confusion; a lead-in-the-pipes event of chaotic yet totalitarian madness.

Monday during an appearance on Fox Business Network’s “Mornings with Maria,” Director of Intelligence John Ratcliffe dismissed claims from House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and others that emails that surfaced in a recent New York Post story reportedly from a laptop of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden were part of a so-called Russian disinformation campaign.

Ratcliffe suggested it was an effort by Schiff to politicize the intelligence community.

“So Maria, it is funny that some of the people that complain the most about intelligence being politicized are the ones politicizing intelligence,” he said. He went on:
