Republic of Srbska has right to self-determination 9 March 2008 | 14:17 | Source: Beta

Quote:
NOVI SAD -- Milorad Dodik says the Republic of Srpska, RS, could use its right to self-determination.

The prime minister of the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina said this would come if international order is violated with most countries recognizing Kosovo's self-proclaimed independence, thus legitimizing the right to secession.

"If this is so, then we do not see a single reason why we should not be granted the right to self-determination, the right envisaged in international conventions."

"If anyone were to forcefully try to rearrange Bosnia-Herzegovina and deny the Republic of Srpska, our answer would be swift and clear – a referendum on the RS state status," Dodik told a Novi Sad daily.

Medvedev affirmed that Srpska—not all of Bosnia-Herzegovina, just Srpska—would be included in the Russian buy-up of most of the Serbian energy sector and in the proposed South Stream pipeline.

Now UNMIK Attacks Serbs

NATO sends tanks on Serbs on anniversary of March pogrom. Kosovska Mitrovica, Serbia, March 17 2008

NATO/UNMIK "Protection": 70 Serbs Injured, 15 Seriously
Around 70 Serbs were injured in Kosovska Mitrovica on Monday morning, of whom 15 seriously injured patients were hospitalized, while two persons who had received life-threatening injuries were transported to Kragujevac and Belgrade, head of the Mitrovica hospital Vladimir Adzic told Tanjug.

"The patients we admitted sustained injuries from bombs, tear gas and explosive devices. We removed a metal bullet from the temple area of one patient, while another patient had bomb fragments all over his body," Dr. Adzic said, adding that "some 15 seriously injured citizens have injuries all over their body which were inflicted with shrapnel and fire arms."

The two persons who are in critical condition, Nebojsa Vukomanovic (36) from Lesak and Ilija Cuci (33), were transported to Kragujevac and Belgrade. Nebojsa Vukomanovic who was shot in the head by UNMIK police, underwent surgery in a Kragujevac hospital but remains in coma and was placed on life support, intensive care surgeon Djordje Ugrinovic told Tanjug.

UNMIK and NATO Mark March Pogrom Anniversary with More Violence Against Serbs

To mark the March pogrom anniversary, UNMIK sent special police unit early in the morning, at 5.30 am, which launched an unexpected attack, storming the building of the Municipal and District Court in northern Kosovska Mitrovica where Serbian judicial workers were protesting, seeking to negotiate with UNMIK officials to be allowed to return to work, after they were illegally discharged by the internationals back in 1999.

The police seized the court building, removed two Serbian flags from the building balconies and arrested 53 judges and court employees, who did not resist the arrest. As they were taken in the UNMIK trucks towards Pristina, Serbs who were supporting the protesters stopped the vehicles and freed 21 of the arrestees. The other 32 judicial workers, 12 of them women, were taken to Pristina prison. They were quickly returned to Kosovska Mitrovica, after sharp protests by Belgrade officials and demands for their urgent release by Kosovo-Metohia Minister Slobodan Samardzic, who is in Kosovo province today
Members of KFOR and UNMIK threw tear gas and shock bombs on several hundred Serbs who, in a revolt against the action by the international forces, gathered outside the court building in Kosovska Mitrovica to prevent their arrested fellow citizens from being taken to prison

Kostunica: Consultations with Russia Over Joint Reaction to Halt Violence Against Kosovo Serbs

According to Tanjug, Serbian Premier Vojislav Kostunica condemned the use of force in strongest terms and lodged a sharp protest with UNMIK over the violence against the Serbs in Kosovska Mitrovica, saying that consultations with Russia over a joint reaction are under way with the aim of the immediate halting of the violence against the Serbs.

"I condemn in the strongest possible terms the use of force against Serbs protesting the establishing of a sham state in the territory of Serbia. A part of the international community that is implementing the policy of force against Serbia, has chosen March 17 to apply physical force against the Serbs in the north of the province," Kostunica said in a statement sent to Tanjug.

The mandate of the UN mission "is to prevent all forms of violence in Kosovo and Metohija, rather than to carry out violence against and the intimidation of the Serbs, and this is why we are protesting in the strongest possible terms," Kostunica said.

He stated that "consultations with Russia have begun over a joint reaction so that all forms of violence against the Serbs should stop at once."

Kostunica stressed that the UN Security Council is fully responsible to act in keeping with its Resolution 1244 to ensure the safety of the Kosovo-Metohija Serbs and it must undertake all the necessary steps to end its own persistent abuses immediately.

Churkin: NATO Must Not Use Force Against Those Opposing Illegal Independence

Russia's Ambassador to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said that NATO forces in Kosovo and Metohija must not use force against persons who oppose the illegal unilateral independence of the southern Serbian province

Kosovo Serb judges arrested by NATO, after being returned from Pristina to Kosovska Mitrovica, Serbia, March 17, 2008

"The demands of the Security Council towards NATO are simple — no violence can be applied towards those who do not want to submit to an illegal, unilateral declaration of independence," Churkin said in an interview with Noviye Izvestia, which appeared on Monday.

All employees of international organizations working in the region must strictly abide by Resolution 1244, which clearly says that their obligation is to ensure security in Kosovo-Metohia province, the return of refugees, the creation of normal conditions for the lives of people, and certainly not to act in violation of Resolution 1244. "Should NATO forces continue to violate the resolution, we will raise the issue in the Security Council," the Russian ambassador to the UN said.

Churkin said that a large number of countries members of the UN and Security Council members share the concern of Russia over the violation of international law by the recognition of Pristina separatists' declaration on behalf of some states.

"The UN secretary general during the discussions about Kosovo reiterated that Resolution 1244, which speaks about the territorial integrity of Serbia, remains in force. UN presence in Kosovo will continue within the frameworks of that resolution and there is no political, legal or moral justification for a unilateral declaration of independence," Churkin said.

"That statement by the secretary general had not met with opposition from any member of the Security Council," he added, and pointed out that Russia would do everything for "the illegally established EU mission in Kosovo not to obstruct the work of UN representatives."

War criminal Bush to arm Turkoshiptars

Quote:
WASHINGTON (AFP) - President George W. Bush authorized Wednesday supplying Kosovo with weapons, signaling the establishment of government-to-government relations after recognizing its independence, the White House said.

In a memo to the State Department made public by the White House, Bush said: "I hereby find that the furnishing of defense articles and defense services to Kosovo will strengthen the security of the United States and promote world peace."

A senior official said the authorization followed US recognition of Kosovo's independence and was part of the normal process of establishing relations with a new government.

In a comment apparently meant to allay concerns from Serbia and its ally Russia, the official stressed the military restrictions imposed on Kosovo under a plan by former UN special envoy for Kosovo Martti Ahtisaari.

Under the Ahtisaari plan, which is the basis for Kosovo's supervised independence, Kosovo is allowed a lightly armed 2,500-person security force under NATO oversight and training.

Kosovo, an Albanian-dominated Serbian province under UN administration since 1999, unilaterally declared its independence on February 17. The United States recognized it on March 18, despite strong opposition from Serbia and Russia.

The US official, who asked not to be identified, said the US weapons deliveries were preparing the ground for the future, adding that the United States had struck similar relations with other countries in the region.

Furthermore, the official said, provisions of defense equipment and services would be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The official said that providing military equipment to Kosovo would improve security relations and engagement with Kosovo, promote security and stability throughout the Balkans, improve Kosovo's capacity to take part in peacekeeping activities, to detect, deter and defeat terrorists, and to deal with humanitarian emergencies

Default Serbian WNs to commemorate the anniversary of NATO aggression

The Memorial Gathering, 24th March 2008.
Belgrade, “Trg Republike” at 19:00 hours.

SERBIAN MEN AND WOMEN

Commemorating the nine year anniversary of NATO bombing

We call on all patriotic countrymen to attend this memorial marking the anniversary of a crime that must not be forgotten.

Let us remember those days when our people were the targets of the same criminals who occupied Kosovo and Metohija.

Let us show that Serbs do not forget their dead.

2500 killed, 557 civilians, 12500 wounded, 5000 disabled persons…

We must not forget, we will not forgive.

“Trg Republike,” Belgrade

Monday, 24th March at 19:00 hours

Speakers: Aleksandar Nogo – author, Vladimir Maksimovic – publicist, Goran Davidovic, Aleksandar Belov (DPNI – Russia), Goran Mrakic – poet (Noua Dreapta – Romania)

SERBIAN YOUTH BE THERE!

We ask that the patriots who will participate in this gathering follow several instructions:

- The participants should not carry any ideological, party or sports clubs symbols. Our enemies make no distinction between the various factions when they kill us since we are all Serbs for them. We should behave the same way… we should all be Serbs, at least on this tragic day.

- No participant should create unnecessary noise, or behave inappropriately in any other way. This is a peaceful gathering, a gathering of silent grief, but also a one of Serbian pride and defiance.

- The Serbian flags should be carried on staffs. For us, our tri-color is a sanctity which should be treated as such.

- Due to the malicious intentions of the anti-Serbian media, the participants WILL NOT communicate with journalists, before or after the gathering. If these journalists do not have at least a little respect for those who had died nine years ago they should be repulsed because the propaganda vehicles of those who bombed us do not deserve better treatment.

- And most importantly, provocateurs and those who wish to create incidents are not welcome.

Serbs, UN clash in Kosovo

Four years ago this week, Kosovo burned; tens of thousands of ethnic Albanians – armed, organized and determined – systematically went after the province's Serbs. They burned churches and monasteries, destroyed entire villages, and drove over four thousand people out of their homes. NATO troops occupying the province cowered before the rampage, with a few honorable exceptions. Claiming their responsibility was to protect "people, not property," they would evacuate the Serbs, and then watch their villages and churches burn. The pogrom lasted for four days; only when American troops were brought out to protect a Serb enclave did the Albanians stop.

EU warns Serbia against electing nationalist government

By Stephen Castle

March 10, 2008

BRUSSELS: The European Union warned Serbia on Monday that it risked embarking on a "road to nowhere" if it elected a nationalist government in elections likely to take place in May.

With the political crisis deepening in Belgrade, the EU sent a stark message to voters that they were at a crossroad in their relations with Europe.

"It is clear that the EU is committed to Serbia's European future and now Serbia has a crucial chance to move," said Olli Rehn, the EU's Commissioner for Enlargement. "It can either turn to a European future or turn to self-imposed isolation."

Speaking after a meeting of EU foreign ministers, Rehn described the second option as "a road to nowhere."

Javier Solana, the EU's foreign policy chief, said he would like to see Serbia coming as close as possible to the EU and that he hoped "these elections will be another chance to show our proximity."

But the decision of 18 EU nations to recognize Kosovo's independence has provoked a fierce reaction in Belgrade, polarizing opinion. On Saturday, Vojislav Kostunica, Serbia's nationalist prime minister, said his government could no longer function alongside the president's pro-EU Democrats because of their commitment to membership of the bloc despite its policy on Kosovo.

President Boris Tadic said that he would accept the government's proposal to dissolve Parliament and hold the early elections on May 11. He has until Thursday to make the formal announcement.

Though the EU has tried hard to encourage Serbia's aspirations to membership, two agreements between Brussels and Belgrade are on hold. The first is an interim political deal that Kostunica blocked earlier this month, which sets out a path to more favorable visa arrangements for Serbs traveling to the European Union and greater student exchanges.

The second is a stabilization and association agreement, which is seen as a stepping stone to EU membership talks, and which has been initialed but not signed. One condition for this to take place, which Serbia has not yet satisfied, is full cooperation with the UN war crimes tribunal.

Families of killed Serbs announced lawsuit against Carla Del Ponte

She was hiding the crimes in Kosovo
Author: FoNet, Tanjug | 24.03.2008 - 06:00

Podgorica, Belgrade – The Association of the families of Serbs abducted and killed in Kosvo shall sue the former chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Carla Del Ponte for hiding of crimes committed against Kosovo Serbs by Kosovo Albanians that abducted and killed them, the president of that association Simo Spasic said.

‘In 2004 Del Ponte told us in The Hague that she had information that all abducted Kosovo Serbs were killed later on. She, however, has not told us that before they were killed, their body organs were taken out and sold’, Spasic told ‘Dan’ daily of Podgorica.
In her book ‘Hunt’ that is to appear in the bookshops in Italy at the beginning of April, Del Ponte wrote that the Hague prosecution came to knowledge while investigating crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) against non-Albanian population that the people that disappeared were forcefully submitted to surgery in which their organs were taken out and then smuggled and sold to the clinics in Europe under patronage of the KLA.
‘Del Ponte hid the truth and kept silent on the horrible crimes against the abducted Serbs. She thus helped the crime although the list with the names of abducted Serbs was given to her as early as in 2001. She knew that and failed to raise a single indictment for that crime. That makes her responsible’, Spasic said.

Thousands of Kosovo Serbs are still listed as missing – nine years after NATO began bombing the former Yugoslavia. The relatives of some of the victims are still searching for bodies. Russia Today met with some of them, and heard of their desperate search to find the remains of missing loved ones.

“There are 454 unidentified bodies in the morgue in Pristina. We provided DNA samples but they didn’t do anything with them. Nobody knows whose bodies they are. I’m also convinced the Albanians are selling body parts of Serbs who were kidnapped or who’ve gone missing. I can’t tell it to the families because they still live in hope,” Trifunovic says.

More than 3,000 Serbs are estimated to still be missing in Kosovo.

Will Kosovo be turned over to the Pentagon?
25/ 03/ 2008

MOSCOW. (RIA Novosti international commentator Tamara Zamyatina) -

Predictions made by experts before Kosovo's illegal declaration of independence are coming true - the territory seized from Serbia is turning into a big military base of the United States and NATO.

Thus, George W. Bush ordered arms shipments to Kosovo. Because of this, Moscow insisted on an emergency session of the NATO-Russia Council - it will be held in Brussels on March 28.

Incidentally, Bush issued this order two days after the Moscow visit of U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who urged Moscow to promote cooperation, expand consultations, and display more openness in general.

The haste with which the Pentagon is trying to take the fledgling Kosovo under its wing demonstrates the West's lack of confidence that peace will come to the Balkans after Kosovo's cessation. But the West was actively using this rhetoric - the need to put an end to the Yugoslav crisis - in order to justify its support for the Kosovo separatists. There can be no peace when one side is being equipped with weapons against the other. This means pouring more fuel on the fire...

The Serbs have already got the message. In the city of Kosovska Mitrovica (in northern Kosovo), they desperately rushed to defend their last shelter - a courthouse. Previously, it was the venue of Serbian justice, but now it is occupied by international lawyers who will turn it over to their Albanian colleagues. Blood was spilled there during clashes with peacekeepers. There are numerous rallies in Belgrade supporting the Serbian minority in Kosovo.

The city divided into Albanian and Serbian parts by the Ibar River will be a bone of contention for a long time to come. Belgrade has already sent an appeal to the UN, demanding that Kosovo's northern region adjacent to Kosovska Mitrovica with a compact Serb population be returned to Serbia. These people primarily need physical protection, but the advocates of Kosovo's independence are not likely to be worried about that. In the first half of the 1990s, Western countries shut their eyes to the expulsion of 300,000 Serbs from Croatia. They won't bother about a mere hundred thousand. People in Belgrade say that if 300,000 birds suddenly left a region, the world would be alarmed, but it did not even notice the Serbian tragedy.

One of the reasons behind Washington's decision to supply Kosovo with arms is its intention to keep Kosovska Mitrovica in Kosovo, because it is a turbulent and strategically important Serbian city. But the main goal is to give Kosovars carte-blanche to suppress the protests in Serbian enclaves on Kosovo's entire territory. This opinion is held by Yelena Guskova, head of the Balkans Crisis Center at the Institute of Slavic Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences.

Arms shipments to Kosovars are designed to legalize future Albanian efforts to oust the Serbian minority from the province. In other words, the Kosovars are given a chance to complete what they have started - drive non-Albanians out of the province, but with their own hands so as not to cast a shadow on the NATO-led KFOR peace keepers, not to mention the United States.

It seems that Kosovo will be the first state under NATO's complete protection. The KFOR peacekeepers have been a guarantor of order in the province for nine years now. Considering the intentions of Albania, Macedonia, and Croatia to join the North Atlantic alliance at its summit in Bucharest on April 2-4, Kosovo may become NATO's most powerful support in the Balkans. The Pentagon has already built the world's biggest military base on its territory - Camp Bondsteel. Now it has started the construction of a second military base, Guskova said.

Colonel-General Leonid Ivashov, President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, is convinced that Washington, at least under the current administration, does not need stability in the Balkans or the rest of Europe: "The United States cannot influence events in a stable situation. If it is calm in Europe, the United States has nothing to do there. U.S. political strategy is based on control through chaos." He mentioned that as far as he knows, initially Washington will supply Kosovo with small arms and armored vehicles without heavy equipment. Subsequently the Albanians will be trained for air force and tank units.

Under the circumstances, there is little Russia can do. Guskova and Ivashov believe that in addition to humanitarian aid to the Serbian enclaves in Kosovo, the Kremlin could suggest bringing Russian peacekeepers into the district of Kosovska Mitrovica. Russian experts are actively discussing the introduction of Russian peacekeepers into Serbia's southern regions bordering on Kosovo. But pro-Western President Boris Tadic is not likely to turn to Russia with such a request. Hence, Russia will have to use only diplomatic levers. As for economic levers - Kosovo's participation in the South Stream gas project - Russia either did not want to use them, or failed to do so.

Default Nato plans "blitzkrieg" against kosovo Serbs

Translation
INTERVIEW: Scott Taylor, Regarding a Secret Plan by the Western Alliance for Kosovo

NATO is preparing a "blitzkrieg."

During the next few weeks there will be an artificially provoked attack, bigger than March 17th, the borders around Kosovska Mitrovica will be closed, Serbian leaders arrested, the Serbs disarmed, the city handed over to the Albanians in the KPS, claims a well-known Canadian reporter, Scott Taylor, author of a number of books about the Balkans.

- "NATO is preparing a blitzkrieg on Kosovo which will enable them to tear down the Serbian resistance in the whole area, and as early as the next few weeks, will artificially provoke another attack bigger than March 17th's was. It will close the borders around Kosovska Mitrovica, arrest the Serbian leaders, disarm the Serbs and then hand over the city to the Albanians in the KPS.

Since the border between Kosovo and Albania doesn't exist, after this plan the northern part of "Greater Albania" will definitely be secured. American and Albanian leaders have come to a "deal" that NATO secures new borders, and everything that I have seen in this in my most recent visit to Kosovo, proves that such an agreement -- about which we found out from secret UNMIK papers -- really exists", says Scott Taylor during his interview with Glas.

Scott Taylor is a reporter from Canada who has followed the Kosovo crisis for years and who, based on more than twenty visits to the province, claims that nothing quite like this has happened before. "UNMIK and NATO know the truth about the suffering of the Serbs and the creation of a Greater Albania, but they intend to listen to the dictate of America", says Taylor and he adds:

- "This time I met a number of people in UNMIK who know the truth and who have evaluated the situation, who pass on their advice, but their suggestions are ignored. They know what really happened on March 17th and they were critical about it, and now they are seeing that a new plan exists, which will give rise to even more violence and they are impatient to let others know what is ahead – maybe to soothe their own consciences. This is what they are saying…

- "They were expelled, and the customs buildings were burned. Now they have come back, and the American and French troops are in place and preparing to close the customs borders. They intend to use UNIMIK's police with the consent of KFOR to arrest the Serbian leadership, so that the Serbs will be provoked. Their aim is a response, a reaction – we can recall how it was the last time, but now they want to respond with more force. For this action they will use Polish and Ukrainian troops who will move in an aggressive military attack on Mitrovica. The goal is to eliminate the Serbian leadership, to elicit a provocation in order to pronounce "Martial Law" when they close the Serbian part of Mitrovica and disarm the Serbs while the borders are closed. And then, under those conditions, they will hand over Mitrovica to the KPS."

THE TAKEOVER PLAN

"The Galluci document (UNMIK's head for the Mitrovica sector) states that there are not even attempts to enable the return of the Serbian KPS police; that was an open and later forgotten issue. They know that the Serbs will fight against this and they want just that kind of provocation to give them the excuse to use additional force. But they came to this idea of using the Poles and Ukrainians because they have shown sympathy for the Serbs. If the Serbs fight back, which is the idea, then this will blacken the image of Serbs in the Ukraine and Poland. Therefore, they have come up with a plan which brings them rewards from every perspective – and will leave the Serbs without leadership as well as undermine international support for Serbia", says Taylor.

Serbian Elections are going the way they want.
- "The elections are coming and Kosovo is an important question for all sides. If they close that question by closing the borders, deploy the Albanians and maintain KFOR reinforcements at customs, there is no Serbian politician who can win with a campaign of fighting against NATO. Serbs might be somewhat self-destructive, but not to that extent. That's why they want to finish this quickly. Going into the enclaves, one by one, is a long process. If they eliminate Mitrovica, the Serb enclaves are finished, because they will shrivel up and die."

"WILD WEST"

- "In Kosovo the situation is such that nobody knows who is in charge. UNMIK is practically finished, it has no mission any more because its assignment is to enforce Resolution 1244, and that no longer exists. KFOR having entered with the task of protecting the UN and Resolution 1244 has converted into the protection force of an independent Kosovo. The German NATO soldier with whom I spoke, and who is in his third tour in Kosovo, says that NATO will securely remove itself from Kosovo only after a another ten years at a minimum, because there is still no progress. Eulex has the manpower, but wants the area cleaned up before it take over."
MAY ELECTIONS ARE KOSOVO ELECTIONS

- "The reason for these elections is that Kosovo should remain part of Serbia. The Americans know that if the Serbian electorate shows that nationalism is alive and well, taking away something from somebody will only make that person even more determined. Therefore, they are counting on the window they have from Election Day until June or September, that is, until a strong enough government has been formed to take over this action in the UN. They have the whole summer to take care of such a "cleansing action". Russia is an unknown quantity to them, because if she commits the same kind of act as at Pristina airport (in 1999), it could take them out of the equation. Even now we have countries that recognize, those who do not recognize and those that are undecided about Kosovo. That, to Americans, Germans and the British, is a problem because they are in the minority in a big world. The Muslim world has not accepted their entanglement in Kosovo, and next to every Kosovo flag is the American flag. How would the Arabs, who so hate the "great Satan," like the creation of this American satellite? Even the Albanians won't disassociate themselves from the U.S. -- on the hotel in the middle of Pristina is a replica of the

Statue of Liberty.
The brain behind this operation is the same man who planned March 17th. The goal of that attack was to test the Serbs, in order to better plan strategy for the final takeover of Mitrovica and crushing of the Serbian struggle in the whole of Kosovo and Metohija."
- "Everyone now looks toward the battlefield of Mitrovica, what the Serbs can do, whether they will offer a fight and how far they will go, what are their chances? NATO-- that is, the Americans--lead the project, but Larry Wilson of UNMIK's police is the ringleader. He was an assistant then head of the operation, and now he is the "boss." Seventeenth of March was his plan, and now he's come up with a new one. To support my words, I have the Galluci document, which describes the old tactics of counting arms: you commit a small attack and you see where the guns are. Then you develop a plan. That is how they provoked the Serbs, tested them, and now they know how long it will take them to react, how many people they can get out into the streets, what they are prepared to do and then they know what to expect. But the attack is likely during the next few days or weeks."
Do you have evidence that UNMIK and NATO are actively and consciously creating a Greater Albania?

- "We hear about it, but every official in the world will cover his ears and say that he knows nothing about a Greater Albania. However, when you look around in Kosovo, you can see that every flag is Albanian. Very few represent Kosovo, and even then, next to them are much bigger Albanian ones. It is very clear what is going on and the Albanians, themselves, have never lied about their intentions, just as they now proclaim their plans for southern Serbia and Macedonia. Their leaders have made agreements with the Americans, and our sources have confirmed to us that Hashim Thaci, together with the regional leadership, including Alija Ahmatija in Macedonia, was convinced at a meeting with the Americans would give NATO a chance. That is how they came to agree that the Albanians should keep a low profile, and that NATO would take over control of the borders. Everything that I have now seen in Kosovo supports this story and the work that NATO has done as its part of the bargain."

Essentially, Mitrovica is the main test for the creation of a Greater Albania -- that is the fall of the whole province?
- "I hope that there won't be any fatalities, but there will certainly be a big attack, because they cannot throw the Serbs out of Mitrovica unless they conquer them. A big test is coming – if Mitrovica falls, the enclaves fall with it.

That would then be the northern border of Kosovo, and the southern border would, in fact, no longer exist as such, because the way would already be opened to a Greater Albania?

- I have seen that the southern border (to Albania) does not exist, that it's completely open. I went down to the place where one should be able to see it (the border), but KFOR, who should be acting as border police behave like traffic conductors, just as one of them a German, joked, himself. He says that every vehicle goes through freely, and their only concern is to avoid traffic congestion. The roads are open wide, drugs pass through freely. We were in Albanian villages, in Korcus, for example, where we were unsuccessful in trying to find any kind of border limit. There is nothing, no line, no fence, nothing, just one German soldier who went to the place where there should be a border gestured in plain air where the border (Kosovo's border with Albania) should be."

The Creation of a Greater Albania
What did the Gorani (Slvic Muslims) say? Are they loyal citizen of the southernmost tip of Serbia or are they in the middle part of a Greater Albania? How does UNMIK treat them?

- "Yes, loyal to Serbia and they get their pensions from Belgrade, but it is obvious that Kosovo and Albania are one country. Albanians, from Albania mind you, not only steal their stock from Kosovo, cows, horses, and what is very significant, they freely cut forests. If Kosovo regarded Albania as an adjoining country, not the same country, they would protect their resources, but I saw for myself that the Albanians have no problem freely taking the Gorani's forests and in destroying the region. It tells me that this is Greater Albania. NATO knows what is happening and they said that they have vehicles that can go up hills where they can see those that steal well enough to see the color of their eyes. We could stop this, but nobody will – that's what they told me. NATO, if it wanted, could but it cannot act independently of Kosovo's parliament -- that is, the Albanian leadership. Everybody knows there are no borders, but nobody will close them. We have the same information in secret documents we have received from our sources in UNMIK."

Are there Russian volunteers such as the Albanian media writes about? Are there Albanian "volunteers?" How do these fit into the plan for Mitrovica?
- "There are no Russian volunteers, but NATO needs provocations in order to create an attack and that is why on the Albanian side we have the coming together of "undesirables." In the past there were extremists on both sides, and I believe that the Albanian paramilitary formations were started in opposition to the enclaves should the Serbs in Mitrovica form a resistance.

But I think that that would work against NATO's strategy and that the world would see through this – if the media showed the truth. But NATO will renew its principle with which it succeeded on 17th of March when one Ukrainian died, and another 63 from NATO were injured. That was shown immediately, but the violence against Serbs was not shown. Even now the focus will stay on Mitrovica and on the Serbs who throw stones."
The international community has easily accepted what UNMIK and NATO did to the Serbs on the 17th of March. Will the same deceit succeed in the case of a larger attack?
- "That day they tested the world community. Attacking Serbs did not touch many hearts and the sympathy was entirely with the wounded NATO soldiers. They now know that they can do, and will do it again.
You say that NATO is in a hurry to seal the "blitzkrieg" on Mitrovica. If they run into unexpected problems, it could become prolonged? You, yourself, say that the Russians are inclined to spoil their plans. - Well, Russia maintains the strong position that only 34 countries have recognized Kosovo, and the rest have not. The general meeting of the UN is in September, and if NATO doesn't succeed now with its plans, there is a chance for Serbia that the talks will resume about the partitioning of Kosovo. It could hurt the U.S. position if Serbia brings up a cooperative resolution and shows that she still pays pensions to people in Kosovo…"

Scott Taylor:

Western Leaders and Media Know About Atrocities Against Serbs, but Prefer to Ignore Them

"In 1999 there were rumors in Kosovo that the vital organs of the kidnapped and missing Serbs are being sold, but they were discarded as a 'Serb propaganda'," said Scott Taylor, Canada's military analyst and former member of the peacekeeping forces in Kosovo province in 1999.

Taylor, who has worked as a war correspondent and is the current editor of the military magazine Esprit de Corps, commenting the claims in Del Ponte's book for Saturday edition of the Belgrade daily Vecernje novosti, said it was simply not possible that NATO and UNMIK did not know about the trade in human organs extracted from kidnapped Kosovo Serbs, while the ICTY's chief prosecutor knew about these atrocious crimes.

"Nothing was published about the crimes against the Serbs that Albanians in some cases committed even in the plain view of foreign reporters and NATO troops," said Taylor.

Taylor reminded that a series of those crimes committed under the command of KLA leader Agim Ceku, were witnessed by the Canadian troops which recorded them, especially the war crimes in Croatia (Medak Pocket massacre and the ethnic cleansing of over 300,000 Serbs from Srpska Krajina in Croatia, code named Operation Storm).

Taylor said that he continued to write about Ceku's crimes and included in his memoirs the Canadian double standards, exemplified in the charges Canada's judge Louis Arbour at the post of ICTY chief prosecutor brought against the late Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic in 1999, for the alleged Racak massacre, which the forensic experts rejected as a fraud.
"One has to wonder why she, at the same time, failed to raise charges against the KLA leaders for trafficking the organs extracted from the kidnapped Serbs".

Taylor said he does not represent the Serbian position, but simply demands that the full truth should be revealed before any decisions are made. "Throughout the entire conflict in the Balkans, everyone overlooked the number of crimes committed against Serbs," he said.

Serbian, this news greatly depresses me and I feel for all of you there . What has been happening in Serbia is a tragedy and the Jews responsible (and those who helped) should be brought to justice at a guillotine. Beginning with AIPAC, Clinton, Albright, the prosecutors against Milosovich, the NATO commanders, the USA army commanders and the bankers who made this possible. I am sure there are plenty more heads to chop after that but it will be a progressive beginning.

I hope that new policies will further weaken America's East European grasp and optimistically make NATO fail its "mission". The more they lose the better.

Speaking of Slobodan Milosevic here is text of a handwritten letter dated March 8, 2006, written by Slobodan Milosevic to Russia asking for its help. Milosevic was found dead in his cell on March 11, 2006, less than 72 hours after writing this letter.

The text of the letter was provided in an English translation by his lawyer Zdenko Tomanovic:

Quote:
To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation:

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

With my acknowledgment for the solidarity and understanding which you expressed by accepting to receive me to come for medical treatment and by giving guarantees, I would like to inform you about the following:

I think that the persistence, with which the medical treatment in Russia was denied, in the first place is motivated by the fear that through careful examination it would be discovered, that there were active, willful steps taken, to destroy my health, throughout the proceedings of the trial, which could not be hidden from Russian specialists.

In order to verify my allegations, I'm presenting you a simple example which you can find in the attachment. This document, which I received on March 7, shows that on January 12th (i.e. two months ago), an extremely strong drug was found in my blood, which is used, as they themselves say, for the treatment of tuberculosis and leprosy, although I never used any kind of antibiotic during this 5 years that I'm in their prison.

Throughout this whole period, neither have I had any kind of infectious illness (apart from flu).

Also the fact that doctors needed 2 months (to report to me), can't have any other explanation than we are facing manipulation. In any case, those who foist on me a drug against leprosy surely can't treat my illness; likewise those from which I defended my country in times of war and who have an interest to silence me.

Dear Sirs, it is known to you that Russian physicians, who rank among the most respected physicians in the world, came to the conclusion that the examination and treatment of the vascular problems in my head are inevitable and urgent. I know very well that this is true, as I feel very bad.

I'm addressing you in expectation that you help me defend my health from the criminal activities in this institution, working under the sign of the U.N., and that I be enabled as soon as possible to get adequate treatment in your hospital, in whose physicians, as well as in Russia, I have absolute confidence.

Yours sincerely,
Slobodan Milosevic

The Jews murder democratically elected heads of state in their UN prisons and no one utters a single word of protest.

The biggest 'help' they could give us is simply to pack up and leave. If this were to happen the situation would sort itself out in a week or two at most.

Smile Serbs consider homosexuality an illness

Quote:
Serbs consider homosexuality an illness
(DPA)

11 April 2008

BELGRADE - More than two thirds of Serbs consider homosexuality an illness and every second believes the government should work on its prevention, an opinion poll showed on Friday.

“The situation is worse than we thought. Our society is closed, traditionalistic and conservative in the worst sense of the word,” said Djordje Vukadinovic from CeSid think tank which conducted the poll.

“Not only 70 per cent of those questioned thinks that homosexuality is an illness, but every second thinks that the state should work on its prevention,” said representative of Gay Straight Alliance Boris Milicevic.

The poll conducted in February on 967 people across Serbia showed homosexuality is acceptable only when it is not displayed in public.

“As soon as ties with them need to get closer, it becomes unacceptable. Serbs do not want them for colleagues or bosses, they don’t want them in families nor to teach their children,” said Milicevic.

Only 8 per cent of those questioned said gay pride parades were a legitimate way of fighting for rights while 77 per cent oppose them.

The first and only Gay Pride parade organized in Belgrade in 2001 ended in riots and with some seriously injured participants. To this day, traditionally patriarchal Serbia remains homophobic and an unfriendly environment for gay and lesbian people.

Caplovic: Kosovo Is Drug State

Appearing on TV JOJ's weekly politics talkshow 'De Facto' , Slovak Deputy Premier for European Affairs Dusan Caplovic, commenting on Kosovo's decision to declare independence from Serbia , called the breakaway province "Drogovo" ("The Drug State").

"That's my opinion. Everybody knows what's going on there. We know very well where drugs, white meat and guns flow through in order to get into Europe," said Caplovic, stressing that he will never vote in favour of Kosovo's independence.

Christian Democrat (KDH) chairman Pavol Hrusovsky, who was also appearing on the show, said that we are now witnessing something that we've never seen before: "That all the powerful people from individual countries, knowing that the essential principles of international law have been broken and that a new state has been born within another state without the latter's approval, are recognising this with such ease."

Russian Ambassador with the EU Vladimir Chizhov stated that former Hague Tribunal Chief Prosecutor Carla del Ponte must explain why she waited 8 years to reveal information on hideous crimes of the KLA members. Chizhov said that it is not accidental that Del Ponte waited for recognition of illegal secession of Kosmet to announce charges on gruesome crimes of the then KLA leaders who meanwhile became the highest officials and political leaders in the province. Saying that the Hague Tribunal decision to acquit former KLA leader Ramus Haradinaj is inexplicable and shameful, the Russian Ambassador pointed that this trial was redirected towards the predictable end after, following threats and killings, key witnesses for the prosecution were removed. Chizhov stated that international community must investigate claims that the present highest officials in Kosmet are directly involved in monstrous trafficking of organs of the murdered Kosmet Serbs.

Strasbourg:
Russia submitted initiative for investigation on KLA crimes April 14, 2008

The Russian delegation in the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly collected signatures of leaders of all political groups in this institution for adoption of the draft resolution requesting investigation on crimes committed by the terrorist KLA members based on allegations of former Hague Tribunal Chief Prosecutor Carla del Ponte. Head of the Russian delegation Konstantin Kosacov underlined that Del Ponte’s allegations – that during the conflict in Kosmet Albanian terrorists kidnapped several hundreds of Serbs, Russians, Moldavians and other nationals, whom they killed in camps in Albania and then traded their organs in black market – must be investigated. Investigation is also necessary due to clues that present highest leaders of the province are involved in those hideous crimes – pointed Kosacov.

Unfortunately the Russians are the only ones in the so called 'International Community' standing up for the truth and pushing this issue. The Americans will do all they can to cover it up and block any serious investigation because they were complicit as American tax dollars created and armed the KLA bandits who were responsible for these acts.
