Kosovo Albanian child molester, killer dies

Nov 19, 2010

A 52-year-old Kosovo Albanian, Ded Gecaj, was found dead in a Swiss prison where he was placed for murdering his daughter’s teacher and molesting his daughter.

The police say that his daughter told her Swiss teacher that she is being abused at home and when Gecaj found out about that the girl ratted on him, he killed the teacher.

Gecaj then ran off to Kosovo in 1999 where he was arrested by Serbian authorities and was sentenced 4 years for manslaughter.

When separatist Albanian gunmen violently seized the Kosovo province, murderer Gecaj was released.

Switzerland then tried to have him extradited but initially failed.

Kosovo’s violent Albanian gunmen finally agreed to deliver Gecaj to Swiss authorities in 2009.

Gecaj then went into hiding but in September 2010 Gecaj was found and sent to St Gallen prison in Switzerland.

Gecaj repeatedly complained of the prison conditions. The complaints made him a subject for medical surveillance.

Circumstance of his death in the cell is unknown but Gecaj’s death comes after a Nigerian prisoner died this week in the same prison.

Gecaj left a suicide note and police is not releasing the content.

St Gallen police and justice authorities have decided that the incident should be subject to an independent investigation.

Switzerland takes hard line on Kosovo organ-trafficking

Published: 20 December 2010

Switzerland on Friday (17 December) called on Kosovo and the international community, including the European Union, to launch a legal probe into allegations of organ trafficking by Albanian independence fighters.

"The Swiss Foreign Ministry calls on the affected countries and particularly Kosovo for clarification on these accusations," the ministry said in a statement, quoted by AFP.

"The appropriate and international authorities must lead legal steps to assemble potential evidence," it added.

The ministry also called on the EU rule of law mission in Kosovo (EULEX) and its War Crimes Investigation Unit "to drive investigation" into the issue.

In a separate development, Swiss Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey has reportedly decided not to receive an award given by the Kosovo Embassy and members of the Kosovo diaspora, for her contribution to the recognition of Kosovo's independence.

The award ceremony was planned to be held tomorrow (21 December) for her contribution to the recognition of Kosovo's independence.

A report by Council of Europe rapporteur Dick Marty, a former Swiss prosecutor, implicated Kosovar Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi in organ trafficking (see Background). The report was released just days after the first general election held in Kosovo since the country declared independence in 2008.

The website of the Swiss daily 24 heures on Sunday quoted Mary saying that Thaçi has been prohibited from entering Switzerland "for a certain period of time".

Christa Markwalder, a Swiss Liberal politician and president of the Parliament’s foreign affairs committee, called for investigating allegations that sums originating from organ trafficking in Kosovo and Albania had been deposited in Swiss bank accounts.

In the presence of Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey, the Swiss parliament’s Foreign affairs committee is expected to debate the accusations against Hashim Thaçi on 11 and 12 January.

Default Henry Makow bears false witness against the Swiss people

Why the sudden attacks against the Swiss people?

I heard someone say Henry Makow is a Canadian Jew. Is that true?

Many, many statements in his article are flat out lies, not merely "stretching the truth" but flat lies. Why has he launched this attack against the oldest continuous democracy on earth, which Thomas Jefferson called our "sister democracy", from which our founding fathers gathered some of their ideas for the Articles of Confederation?

The author asserts Switzerland was "untouched" by World Wars. For one, do you think that the northern Swiss who were murdered by "allied" aerial bombings feel "untouched"? These pukes advertise themselves as "expert" conspiracy theorists and they can't even get a grasp on basic WW2 history.

Swiss daily: Thaci prepared KLA in Switzerland

8 January 2011 | 14:35 | Source: B92

GENEVA -- Geneva-based daily Le Temps reports that Hashim Thaci was preparing his rise in the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in Switzerland in mid-90s.

Albanian Diaspora in Switzerland was raising significant funds for the KLA during those years, the daily reported.

It states that heads and supporters of the KLA used to meet regularly in the town of Aarau, “in apartments, cafes and at a daily’s news desk”.

The article adds that former refugees and Albanian political activists Bardil Mahmuti, Hydajet Hyseni, Azem Syla, Adem Grabovci and Ramadan Avdiu were among them.

“There were rumors that the KLA leaders were collecting money from heroin smuggling to buy military weapons which was intended for Kosovo,” the daily wrote.

It also points out that an investigation was launched against certain Kosovo Albanians for weapons smuggling, violation of territorial sovereignty abroad, hostility and involvement in a criminal organization back in 1998.

Thaci lived in Switzerland from 1994 until 1998 where he was granted a political asylum. He also studied political science and history at the Zurich University for a year.

Military strategy expert, Professor Albert Stahel remembers Thaci as a “very cautious student”.

“He took my classes on mujahidin war in Afghanistan. He used their combat mechanisms for his own war,” Stahel was quoted as saying.

The daily also points out that Thaci left very few leads in Switzerland, that he was “discreet, suspicious and very careful because of his secret political activities”.

“Thaci went to Kosovo on a regular basis, five to six times a year, in order to strengthen the ties with the KLA officials, although as an asylum seeker he did not have the right to do this and his status in Switzerland could have been revoked,” Le Temps wrote.

He was closely monitored by intelligence agencies of several European countries after he finally moved to Kosovo due to very serious allegations – he was accused of organizing murders of his rivals, the daily stressed.

Alleged Kosovo criminals have Swiss residency permits.

January 23, 2011 – 2:15 pm

A report says two Kosovo politicians closely linked to the government and who are accused of involvement in alleged organ trafficking have Swiss residency permits.
The SonntagsZeitung newspaper said the Swiss Federal Migration Office has confirmed that both Azem Syla and Kadri Veseli have C permits, which they are only entitled to if their main residences are in Switzerland.
In mid-December, Council of Europe investigator Dick Marty issued a report into criminal activities involving members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), many of whom are now in the Kosovo government.

Syla and Veseli held top posts in the KLA and the political party that succeeded it and forms the current government, the Democratic Party of Kosova.

Both men are suspected of involvement in trafficking in human organs and murder. The newspaper says the German secret service listed them in 2005 as important figures in organised crime in Kosovo.

The SonntagsZeitung added that neither Syla, who has been reelected to the Kosovo parliament, nor Veseli hide the fact that they live in Kosovo.

The cantonal authorities in canton Solothurn, where Syla has a residency permit, told the newspaper they would clarify whether his election to the Kosovo parliament nullifies his right to live in Switzerland.

The name of the canton in northwestern Switzerland which gave Veseli a permit has not yet been made public.

It needs new symbols, which could also identify with everyone, even non-Christians. As a new national flag might offer the former flag of the Helvetic Republic. This was officially introduced in 1799 and consisted of the colors quergesteift green, red, yellow.

For more than half a century, Gaston-Armand Amaudruz has been active in his native Switzerland as a dissident publicist and educator.

Born in Lausanne in December 1920, he is the author of three books, holds a certificate of political science and social sciences, and for a time worked as a language teacher. Already as a 28-year-old Amaudruz questioned claims of wartime German homicidal gas chambers in his book, Ubu Justicier au Premier Procès de Nuremberg ( Paris , 1949). He played an important role in the founding, in 1951, of the Zurich-based “New European Order,” an anti-Capitalist and anti-Communist organization with a “racialist” outlook inspired in part by the writings of Italian philosopher Julius Evola (1898-1974).

Since 1946 he has edited, produced and published Courrier du Continent, an information-packed French-language newsletter. Issued ten times years, it has a modest circulation of 400-500.

On April 10, 2000, a Swiss court sentenced Amaudruz to one year in prison for “denying” the existence of homicidal gas chambers in World War II German concentration camps. The 79-year-old publicist and retired teacher was found guilty of violating the Swiss “anti-racism” law that makes it a crime to “deny, grossly minimize or seek to justify genocide or other crimes against humanity.” He had broken the law, the court ruled, through his distribution of revisionist books, and for two articles in 1995 issues of his newsletter Courrier du Continent. In one of the offending items he had written: “For my part, I maintain my position: I don't believe in the gas chambers. Let the exterminationists provide the proof and I will believe it. But as I've been waiting for this proof for decades, I don't believe I will see it soon.”

In addition to the non-suspended prison sentence, the criminal court in Lausanne ordered Amaudruz to pay a fine of 1,000 Swiss francs (about $800) to each of four civil parties in the case: the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities, the Paris-based International League Against Racism and Anti-Semitism (LICRA), the Association of Sons and Daughters of Deported Jews of France, and a Jewish concentration camp survivor. Amaudruz was also ordered to pay the trial costs, as well as the costs of publishing a notice of the court's judgment in three daily newspapers and in an official gazette.

Shortly before the three-day trial began, Amaudruz wrote an intentionally provocative article, “Vive le révisionnisme!," that appeared in the April 2000 issue (No. 418) of his newsletter. He wrote:

“Revisionism exists to call into question our ‘certainties,’ even the most seemingly solid ones. This methodology, very familiar to scientists, applies to all fields of knowledge.

“In several countries there is an untouchable dogma: the ‘Six Million’ and the ‘gas chambers’... In Switzerland, Section 261 bis of the criminal code ... supposedly meant to suppress ‘racial discrimination,’ does not define the offense, thereby leaving the definition up to the judges, who can condemn or acquit the accused as they see fit, or on the basis of received instructions. And just what in the world does disputing the Six Million figure have to do with `racial discrimination'?...

“As one who has been indicted for revisionism, I repeat:
- The Six Million figure is impossible.
- I do not believe in the gas chambers, because there is no proof for them.

“My trial is a political trial; the verdict is based exclusively on the appropriateness of considerations of the moment. I prefer to obey my conscience rather than an immoral and criminal law, and I hold to my conviction. Long live revisionism!”

In his testimony during the trial, Amaudruz defiantly repeated his skepticism, “for lack of proof,” of gas chamber claims, and said that it was “impossible” for six million Jews to have been killed by German authorities during World War II.

An appeals court later reduced the sentence handed down in April 2000 to three months imprisonment.

On January 13, 2003, Gaston-Armand Amaudruz -- 82 years old and in poor health -- began serving the three month sentence in the prison of Plaine d l’Orbe in Vaud (Waadt) canton.

Following his April 2000 trial, Amaudruz described his legal ordeal in a book that included the incriminating essays. The authorities regarded this as a new violation of Switzerland 's “anti-racism” law. Accordingly, he was again brought to court, this time together with René-Louis Berclaz and Phillippe Georges Brennenstuhl, co-founders of the Swiss revisionist group Verité et Justice” that had published the book.

In March 2002 Verité et Justice” was dissolved by order of a Swiss court.

On May 22, 2002, the criminal court of Veveyse (Fribourg canton) sentenced Amaudruz and Brennenstuhl to three months imprisonment, and Berclaz to eight months.

In August 2003 the Swiss federal court upheld the sentences.

Auschwitz-Birkenau: Switzerland is committed to the preservation of the site

Bern, 03.05.2013 - Switzerland is contributing to the preservation of the former extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau with a donation of one million euros to the foundation responsible for the maintenance of the site. This donation is a response to a call for funds totalling EUR 120 million addressed to several dozen States. With this gesture, Switzerland is demonstrating its international solidarity and respect for the victims of Nazism, and contributing to the necessary work of remembrance.

Auschwitz-Birkenau, the only Nazi concentration camp designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, faces major preservation problems. Hundreds of buildings and ruins are in danger of collapse, and personal items that belonged to victims risk irreversible deterioration. An international financial effort is the only means to solve these problems.

A call for funds was made in 2009. To date, some twenty countries have contributed or pledged a total of approximately EUR 100 million. In January 2010, Switzerland made a first payment of CHF 100,000. The Auschwitz-Birkenau Foundation and the Polish authorities have stepped up efforts to raise the approximately EUR 20 million still needed, and have stressed the urgency of measures to achieve the permanent preservation of this former camp, where more than one million human beings – the vast majority of them Jews – were exterminated. The issue was also raised by President Komorowski during his state visit to Switzerland in the autumn of 2012.

With this new payment, totalling one million euros, Switzerland wants to express its international solidarity and its respect for the victims of Nazism. To erase the very possibility that the truth would be known and people would remember, the Nazis destroyed some of their camps, such as Sobibor. Even to this day, Holocaust deniers contest the reality of what happened. Therefore, the permanent preservation of evidence of these crimes against humanity remains a political imperative.

With this gesture, Switzerland is also complementing at the federal level the efforts made in recent years by the cantons and Swiss Jewish organisations to support trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau, where our countrymen and women also lost their lives. These trips, which are becoming increasingly popular among teachers and students, enable young people to learn about the atrocities committed in the name of a racist and anti-Semitic ideology, raise their awareness, and help them think about the necessary work of remembrance.

Only one million for the jews? Here, 32 millions for the niggers in Burkina Faso and Mozambique:

Switzerland promotes broad-based growth in Burkina Faso and Mozambique

Bern, 08.05.2013 - On 8 May 2013 the Federal Council decided to grant Burkina Faso and Mozambique general budgetary assistance of CHF 32 million each for the years 2013 to 2016. This will support both countries in implementation of their poverty reduction strategies, which focus on broad-based and sustainable growth.

Burkina Faso and Mozambique have in recent years displayed on-going macroeconomic stability, robust economic growth and a substantial increase in own revenues. Progress has also been made in social issues such as education, healthcare and water supply. Poverty reduction has seen only limited success, however, and both countries still need to catch up considerably, particularly in terms of basic infrastructure and economic diversification.

Through performance-based disbursements for the national budget and targeted policy dialogue, budgetary assistance helps to narrow the remaining development gaps and consolidate previous successes. This is done primarily with measures aimed at supporting broad-based growth and improving public services. Both of these budgetary assistance measures from Switzerland are being made in association with other donors.

Switzerland has cooperated with Burkina Faso and Mozambique for many years. It enjoys high visibility and is well regarded within policy dialogue for its expertise in core areas of the reform agenda and the predictability and far-sightedness of its interventions.

Burkina Faso and Mozambique are priority countries of Switzerland's development cooperation, and the efforts of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) are largely complementary. Budgetary assistance forms part of the package of measures to implement the framework credit on financing economic and trade policy measures.

Default Switzerland puts curbs on EU immigration

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/europe...555521299.html

I knew this would happen. With the rest of Western Europe being flooded with poverty and social problems from the third world, Switzerland can no longer safeguard its high standard of living while having a reciprocal open door immigration policy with its nextdoor neighbors.

Particularly with the free and open gun laws in Switzerland, it would be a disaster if the country opened itself up to all those social problems which inevitably happen when you let in waves of low income minorities. Switzerland wants to preserve its unique militia system and gun ownership tradition, and likely would not be able to do so if gun crimes and shooting sprees became a frequent occurrence.

Switzerland has the highest standard of living of any european country, and the reason for this is rather simple: IMMIGRATION. They don't allow anyone and everyone to come move to their country. Sure, Switzerland has plenty of financial institutions, but so does London and New York, and there is plenty of crime and poverty problems around London and New York. In twenty years, the rest of europe will be suffering high unemployment, crime, and violence, and people will still be wondering why Switzerland is not plagued by all these problems.

Crime rate up 9% in Switzerland, mainly theft – urban areas worst hit

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – Crime is on the rise in Switzerland, up 9 percent overall in 2012, with robberies showing an 11 percent increase nationwide. Theft in urban areas has risen more rapidly than elsewhere. Two other areas of crime that are significant are up, say police: foreigners with false or no papers, up 15 percent, and drugs, up 2 percent.

The total number of homicides and attempted homicides for the country was 229 last year, and cases of grave bodily injury, 110.

Behind the new figures for theft, drug use and illegal foreigners lie some sharp differences between urban and other areas, with cities hardest hit by the rise in crime. Swiss cantonal police offices are drawing attention this week to the country’s growing crime rate – Vaud on Monday 26 March, Ticino today – with local messages about specific causes and measures being taken.

Foreigners are significant part of the criminal population

The role of foreigners remains high: 18 percent of criminals charged in 2012 were foreigners without Swiss papers, while 7 percent were asylum-seekers and 75 percent were Swiss residents. Crimes by non-residents are on the rise but the percent of foreigners who make up criminals with Swiss residence, while stable, remains high: 38 percent are foreigners with permanent residence or a one-year residence permit.

Vaud lays much of the blame squarely on a small group, 200 repeat offenders from North African countries who are responsible for a large number of break-ins in particular, in-depth analyses have shown. The canton’s police inspectors, using new detection methods and approaches, identified nearly 5 percent more criminals in 2012, leading to more arrests.

Analyses of crimes solved, covering the past four years and with greater use of fingerprints and DNA in particular, show that the number of those arrested and found guilty who are North African has multiplied four-fold. “From 2011 to 2012 those arrested who are from North African countries rose by 42 percent and the number of crimes attributed to them rose by 65 percent.” This is a group that doesn’t hesitate to commit several crimes, say police, in particular breaking into cars, homes during the day and pickpocketing and purse-snatching in cities.

Must be a joke. In 2011, 124,700 foreigners entered Switzerland and 66,700 left. That's +58,000 in a year and it includes *all* foreigners, not only Europeans. But really, what more could we expect from the socialist and hard-core immigrationist Sommaruga?

By the way, in 2011, 5,700 Swiss left.

Around 55% of all crimes committed are so by foreigners, not counting 700,000 living people which were given the Swiss nationality. But, foreigners make up 25% of the population (35% if we add those from 2.) and, in 2011, Germans, French, Italians, Austrians, Portuguese and Spaniards accounted for 55% of those foreigners (the 25% that is).

So, lets look at who is doing time in Geneva's prison (Champ-Dollon):
  • Western Europe (excluding Swiss): 12%
  • Eastern Europe ("Albanians", Tzigans, etc.): 30%
  • North Africa: 20%
  • Niggers: 20%
  • Middle East: 6,5%
  • Swiss: 7,7%
  • ?: 3.8%

In 2012, 73.8% of all prisoners were foreigners.

On September 28th, 2012, the Swiss Parliament approved a revision of the asylum laws. They boasted this revision will "tougher" towards those who wanted to request asylum (however it is not, otherwise they wouldn't have made the revision). And so, as the Swiss people can contest pretty much any laws approved by the parliament, the Young Socialists helped by Amnesty International found the 50 000 signatures needed to call a referendum.

The press said this was yet another hardening of the asylum laws and their polls said it would, however, be approved by the Swiss with around 55% of the votes.

As I've said above, the problem is not the law but simply the person heading the immigration department.

However, I think the Swiss people wanted to send a message and, on June 9th, 2013, 78.4% of Swiss accepted the revision. Yes, nearly 80% of people tired of niggers that won't do anything but commit crimes and sell drugs.

Here are the full results: http://www.admin.ch/ch/f/pore/va/20130609/det571.html

Top 3 states that approved the revision:

Appenzell Innerrhoden, 86.78%
Nidwalden, 86.67%
Schwyz, 86.42%

Dear Mr. Smith:

Thanks for your mail.

On July 31, 2013, I was sentenced to 6 months prison with suspended sentence for 3 years. This means that during 3 years, if I do something wrong again, I’ll go to jail for those 6 months. And, according to the court, I shall not write anything about Israel, the Jewish lobby or the Jews, until the federal court of Switzerland has judged the case. After one and half months in jail, I was set free by the court at the end of the trial.

I was sentenced for discrimination (critics of the Jews and denial of the holocaust), calumny (my lawyer hadn't produced for the court any of the documentary evidence I wanted to show about the true nature of my reports, therefore I had nothing to support my plea and this was a kind of betrayal), obstruction of an official act (I had spit on the face of a prosecutor after she had ordered policemen to search me nude, without reason).

At court I said that I was sure that the revisionists are right about the holocaust and the gas chambers. I wanted to produce, among other evidence, the two headstones of Auschwitz, one that read 4 million victims and the other about 1,5 million victims. I also wished to provide reproductions of newspaper reports about the 6 million Jews between 1905 and 1938. I was unable to provide anything, thanks to my lawyer.

Another blunder of a previous lawyer had serious consequences for me. This lawyer told me that some of my writings about the Jews were unlawful because when someone writes "the Jews are this, the Jews do that", it means that you point to all Jews indiscriminately. This is discrimination according to the Swiss law. The lawyer told me that I should write instead "a big part of the Jews", and then my writings would be lawful. The point is to show that you don't throw all Jews into the same dump.

Therefore, I quickly imagined a "magic paragraph" in which I noticed the small minority of Jews who stand up against Israel and the Jewish lobby and themselves endure persecutions because of that. According to my previous lawyer, with this "magic paragraph" at the end of it, any of my writings would become lawful. Therefore I added this "magic paragraph" to all my writings and then I sent those corrected writings to my lawyer. He had to check them and, if he was satisfied, he had then to send them to the court. But it seems that he forgot to do it. My last lawyer said that when he checked the file at the court, my corrected writings weren't there and he had to bring them himself.

If this is confirmed, it means that neither the judge or the prosecutor had received a copy of my corrected writings when I believed that they had gotten them. I took for granted that my previous lawyer had sent those writings shortly after having gotten them from me. Therefore, since there was no reaction from the judge or the prosecutor about my corrected writings, I became confident that they were satisfied with my corrections and that the problem was over. If they had been unsatisfied, they would have written me and explained to me what was still wrong, or I would have thought so.

So, imagine my astonishment at court when the prosecutor and the judge said that my corrected writings were still unlawful, that I should have made additional corrections, and so on. If they had explained that to me a few months earlier, I could have fixed the issue before the trial. Instead, I was stigmatized as the guy who does not care about the law, who spit on the face of a prosecutor, who did only "cosmetic" changes to his unlawful writings. I was the nazi on duty willing to cause a new genocide. Fortunately, the prosecutor was there to protect the Jews from people like me.

The fact that I had been jailed just a month and half before the trial didn't help me either. There in prison I did not have even a copy of my file, and I did not have one in the court either. I had to work just with my memory. The case involved about 60 of my writings, so you can imagine.

Since English isn't my mother language, please correct the mistakes I have done in my report.

Regards.

Frank BRUNNER

Switzerland town accused of ‘apartheid’ over planned restrictions on asylum-seekers

A town in Switzerland is being likened to apartheid-era South Africa, after the local mayor drew up plans to ban asylum-seekers from some public places.

A new centre to house migrants has been opened in Bremgarten, 20 kilometres west of Zurich.

The proposals would see the newcomers kept away from a sports centre, the swimming pool and areas around schools, in order to preserve the peace in the town of 6,500 residents, according to the mayor, Raymond Tellenbach.

“We wanted these restrictions in order to prevent tension with residents, especially with students. It’s for their security. We want to be sure that they are not molested,” said Tellenbach.

The idea of keeping the 150 asylum-seekers living at the centre away from certain areas has drawn criticism from politicians from a wide range of parties.

“This reminds me of apartheid. This leads to two classes of citizens – those who can go everywhere and those who cannot, only because of their residence status,” said Socialist MP Silvia Schenker
