Defense attorney Scott Green has asked Judge Richard Baumgartner to dismiss all the charges against Letalvis Cobbins except the ones he has already plead guilty to.

Green says the state has not proven their case.

* The first charge he argued against is the premeditated murder charges.
Assistant District Attorney Leland Price said Cobbins' himself admitted to being there from the very beginning.*
Price*asked the court what did Cobbins think was going to*happen to the couple after they were brought back to the*Chipman*Street house.*
*"We don't have evidence Cobbins was there, but we don't have to."
Cobbins may take the stand in the morning, hour never gave the judge an answer,
The jury will start deliberations this weekend.

At 9:00 this morning action 10 news will be covering the trial,so we will see if cobbins cries like a baby again and sticks out his big fat lip.

But this jury is mostly blacks I just can't see them handing him over to the "white man" to kill. I would have to see it to believe it.

He's already plead guilty to rape and kidnapping, so at the very least he is not walking.
