Post An American Jobhunter Finds That Jobs Are Being Reserved For Foreigners

Well, here’s a job I came across today on CareerBuilder.com. $11.00 an hour (not a livable wage for me) as a general office clerk and has a requirement to be bilingual in Spanish! Excuse me but what country do I live in again?
