Wrong way driver & passengers turn out to be DRUNKEN ILLEGAL BEANERS who end up killing an American citizen

Gustavo Vargas, 29, the driver; Jorge Pina, 27, a passenger in the front; and Armando Ruiz, 29, who was sitting in the back... were dead on the scene from the flames...turned into refried illegal alien beans... also killed by these assholes was an American Citizen Jason Wepsiec, 35 of Joliet, who was in the other car.

Alcohol is suspected in a fiery collision that killed four men when a wrong-way driver smashed head-on into another car on Interstate 80 near south suburban Hazel Crest, authorities said.

The sole survivor of the crash, Eduardo Rodriguez, 31, told state police the wrong-way driver made an illegal U-turn in a 1996 Infiniti and headed east in the westbound lanes to get back to northbound Tri-State Expressway.

The driver -- identified by state police as Gustavo Vargas, 29 of Berwyn, had been on I-294 but had mistakenly taken the turn onto westbound I-80, police said.

The Infiniti, carrying four people, hadn't gone far when it collided with a Ford Escort near Kedzie Avenue at about 2:15 a.m., state police said. Troopers pulled one person from the Infinity before it erupted in flames.

“Two of our troopers were able to rescue one of the passengers, and they attempted to rescue another passenger, but that’s when the car burst into flames,” said Master Sgt. Timothy Tyler.

Three people in the Infiniti died: Vargas, the driver; Jorge Pina, 27, a passenger in the front; and Armando Ruiz, 29, who was sitting in the back, according to the state police. The driver of the Escort also died. He was identified as Jason Wepsiec, 35 of Joliet.

State Police Sgt. Richard Decker said the men in the Infiniti were returning home to the western suburbs from the Skybox gentleman's club in south suburban Harvey, many go there after the 1st of the month due to their LINK Card being refilled with cash. Alcohol is suspected, according to Tyler.

Vargas' brother Israel said he was devastated when he heard the news. “It was the worst thing you ever could imagine.”

Israel Vargas said his brother was born with spina bifida, a birth defect in which the bones of the spine do not close. He got around on crutches but also kept a wheelchair in his car.

The crash is the fourth recent incident of motorists driving the wrong way on an area expressway. This was the only case involving a fatality.

A fast lesson on Illinois LINK CARDS......

The Illinois Link Card is not just for food items like some people are commenting.

The Illinois Link Card has two portions to it. The "food stamp" side which can only be used to purchase groceries, no prepared food such as fast food restaurants or hot dog stands. This portion is strictly for groceries from approved grocery stores. Additionally all purchases made with food stamps are SALES TAX EXEMPT, that's right, no sales taxes.

The other portion of the Link Card is your cash, the same cash you use to get via a welfare check. That cash can be used for anything, you can use your Link Card at an ATM and withdraw money if you wish, you can use it to gamble at the gambling boats, you can use it for anything you can use cash for including buying your blunts, cocaine or other drugs of choice.

So the misinformed comments about you can't use a Link Card for this or that are totally wrong.....

I hope I clarified this issue...
