Houston Police Execute White Couple in Late 50's during No-Knock Plain Clothes Raid

Too bad the homeowner wasn't able to kill the intruders. It would be completely justified, both from a legal and a moral point of view.

All of the intruders should be charged with first degree capital murder. Although I certainly don't expect it to happen, from a legal point of view it would be perfectly legitimate, and I don't think it should be too hard to find a jury that would vote to convict. I know how I would vote as a juror.
