Bankers demolish new homes in So. Cal.
.. instead of completing the new homes so they are finished and saleable, they figure it's more financially advantageous to them to destroy the result of the labor and capital already invested in getting them to the lock-up stage.
It's only 16 houses, but this is the way to reduce the surplus housing inventory? From: Extreme Home Makeover - Depression Edition

Could be a number of reasons.
Possibly they're in the process of having the land rezoned to commercial. It's either that or the jew knows that a few million of the herd are scheduled to be culled in a planned mass extermination and those unfinished houses won't be needed. .

Good. Too many shoddily built, crowded pseudo-tenements around anyway. Destroy them and plant some fucking grass or something. Fuck tract housing, at the least the new ones.
John F. Long around here in Phoenix, he built tract housing. But at least he did it with some class and common sense. Block houses, with some fucking SPACE in between them. All the neighborhoods he built are the barrio now, but I would still take them over new homes any day. Just need to find a bunch of comrades to buy up the other houses on the block. |
