Try with (or without) a proxy, sometimes IPs are banned. My IP was banned from TubePlus for over a year and I had to use a proxy to get on and look up videos.

I haven't been able to connect since before Christmas. My kids, who were here during the holidays could not connect through my wireless (Comcast), but were able to connect through their Iphones.

I tried for hours to get help from Comcast, but got the runaround. I let it go thinking I'd pursue it after the holidays, but have not gotten around to following up on it yet.

Try another browser. I used Opera and Chrome, both were able to connect.

Check your Internet settings in Control Panel. Check the Connections tab/LAN. Make sure there are no proxies (unless you use one)

Check the Hosts file in Windows/System32/Drivers/Etc. Make sure incog's site is not on the list.

Maybe your ISP blocked the site? Maybe try a free VPN service, that'll give you a different IP and encrypt the connection.

I called Comcast and did a routetrace which terminated beyond the Comcast's network, which I assume means the destination server.

I've left an inquiry with Incog's site admin. I'll post here if I learn anything more.

Same problem here.

For some reason (trace)route ends on edge-hurricane.chi.continuumdatacenters.com

I can access the site with proxy but it looks like something is misconfigured on their end.

Incogman is having someone investigate the connectivity problem. I have requested that the results be posted to this thread.

This is Incogman's response to my inquiry about my inability to access his site:

Quote:
Sometimes IPs are blocked because of large hasbaRAT DDOS operations and hack attempts. Unfortunately, some real supporters get caught in the net. Sometimes visitors get blocked by service providers.
Last month there was some serious efforts to bring me down. I don’t like going into details too much, plus a lot of it I just don’t know about since others handle that end of things for me. Lately, I’ve been real busy on real world things, so I haven’t had much time to spend here.
Change your IP or go thru a proxy server to get to me.

ok so others handle technical stuff for him

but "change your ip or use proxy" is not the best attitude, it should be in his interest to make his site available and adjust the firewall filters or whatever is the problem here, not to mention that what he suggest is not something regular people can/will be able to do.

im also baffled how my ip got on the blocked list, i consider it quite unlikely its in a range used for ddosing his web.

oh, well..

I have not been able to get on either.

I left a comment about the matter and Incog responded with the suggestion that I try a proxy server. He said he has to keep security so tight that it blocks a certain percentage of friendly users, but that's a price he's willing to pay.

No problems, using Russian lab styled (hasbaRAT-proof)

encryption.
It identified the malware Flame, which was the most sophisticated cyber weapon yet unleashed.

First you have to narrow down the problem: is it your PC or your IP that causes it?

-Go to McDonalds or some other free public WiFi space and try it from there.
-Try it from home with another computer to see if the problem comes from your computer or your IP address.
-Try to put the url into http://hidemyass.com/
