Chabloz walks free from court, again!

October 9, 2018

For the fifth time in 12 months, I walked free from court again yesterday – this time in a breach trial brought against me by the National Probation Service (NPS) for refusing to comply with the slave labour part of my Suspended Sentence Order.

First off, a brief explanation is necessary regards the difference between a Community Order (CO) and a Suspended Sentence Order (SSO). As one District Judge commented in a research paper published in 2008:

The Case of Chabloz & the Criminalization of the "Holocaust Denial" in the UK

On February 13, Alison Chabloz was the first British citizen sentenced in her country for "denial". In its judgment, the Court issued a "judicial notice" of the Holocaust. In other words: now in England, the "Holocaust" will be considered by the courts as an "established fact", not likely to be challenged. In this video, the British nationalist Peter Rushton explains the scope of this judgment. His country is heading towards an outlawing of revisionism and already, a revisionist like Vincent Reynouard faces an extradition ...

Holocaust denier Alison Chabloz jailed for continuing to blog despite social media ban

The ban was part of singer's suspended prison sentence she received in 2018 for songs mocking Jews and the Shoah

September 24, 2019
A singer and Holocaust denier who was convicted of broadcasting "grossly offensive" songs about Jews has been jailed after violating her sentence by posting on her blog.

Alison Chabloz, 55, made “at least 50” separate posts on her website, which was deemed to be in breach of the terms of her suspended sentence she receied in May 2018 for her songs.

Chabloz, from Charlesworth in Derbyshire, was convicted last year for writing, performing and publishing songs which mocked Jews and the Holocaust.

The charges related to songs titled Nemo’s Antisemitic Universe, I Like It How It Is, performed at the right-wing London Forum in 2016, and a third, titled (((survivors))).

If you want to write to Alison, the address is:

Alison Chabloz

New Hall Women's Prison

5 New Hall Way, Flockton, Wakefield, W. Yorks, WF4 4AX, UK

She will appreciate letters and postcards of support, and reading matter, however anything too overtly political is likely to be taken by the prison authorities.

Anti-Semitic blogger who sang songs on YouTube comparing the Holocaust to a ‘theme park‘ is JAILED

by Denton Staff Contributor —

November 28, 2019

Anti-Semitic blogger who sang songs on YouTube comparing the Holocaust to a ‘theme park‘ is JAILED after publishing 50 new posts in breach of a ban on social media use

Alison Chabloz, 55, was today jailed for eight weeks for breaching a court order which banned her from posting to social media

An anti-Semitic blogger who wore a white supremacist badge as she was convicted of broadcasting ‘grossly offensive‘ songs has been jailed for illegally posting to her blog.

Alison Chabloz, 55, posted ‘at least 50 times‘ on her website over the past year – a ‘clear breach‘ of the terms of her suspended sentence.

Chabloz was convicted in June last year for writing three vile songs mocking the Holocaust, which she sang and uploaded to YouTube.

The songs suggested the Holocaust, which saw six million Jews killed by Nazi during World War Two, was a ‘bunch of lies‘ and referred to Auschwitz as a ‘theme park‘.

She also mocked Anne Frank and laughed during her trial last year as the court heard how she mocked Jews being fashioned into lampshades, having their heads shrunk and being turned into bars of soap.

She was given a suspended prison sentence and banned from social media for 12 months.

Today, Chesterfield Magistrates Court heard that Chabloz had breached the order by posting to her personal blog, despite advice from probation officers not to do so.

The CPS highlighted three specific breaches of the order, but Chabloz herself admitted posting to the website more than 50 times.

Giving evidence to the court, Chabloz said she did not feel she was breaching the order as she believed her blog, hosted by WordPress, was distinct from social media.

She said: ‘I understood the order to mean social media platforms as they are generally accepted to be Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, not a personal website.‘

Chabloz, of Glossop, Derbyshire, told the court she didn‘t post to Twitter or Facebook, or upload to YouTube, during the time she was banned.

She also argued that because she disabled the comments on her blog, there was no ‘social interaction‘ between herself and people who viewed the content.

The court heard that the blog is Chabloz‘s sole source of income as it allows people to donate if they like her content.

When prosecutor Ian Shaw asked Chabloz if she considered people donating to her ‘interaction‘, she replied: ‘It‘s not really social interaction.‘

Chabloz added: ‘On Facebook and Twitter, people can see the replies.‘

Steven Brown, of the probation service, told the court he had advised Chabloz not to post to the website.

But, he added, she was ‘quite forthright‘ that she did not believe the order included her blog.

Chabloz appeared in court supported by her parents and four far-right sympathisers.

One of her supporters mouthed profanities at Mr Brown as he left the courtroom.

She was defended by Adrian Davies, formerly of the British Democratic Party, who has previously represented high-profile Holocaust denier David Irving.

Mr Davies told the court he felt the wording of the order was ‘narrow‘ and that it was not clear to Chabloz the ban extended to her personal blog.

Judge Taaffe said: ‘It is clear to me that Mrs Chabloz uses the website to share her views and promote her content.

‘It is used to create content to be viewed and, if wished, shared.

‘I am quite satisfied the order was clear.

‘Mrs Chabloz has chosen to embark on a course of conduct without advice.‘

He imposed eight weeks of the suspended sentence and fined Chabloz £175, to be paid within ten weeks.

He told her she will serve half of that sentence, on the condition that she works with the probation service.

Speaking after sentencing, Mr Davies, said he was ‘surprised‘ the judge had found her guilty and insisted he would appeal the decision.

British Political Prisoner Alison Chabloz Silenced Again

Jan 11, 2020

Alison Chabloz and the conspiracy to silence her

Yesterday’s (10 January 2020) hearing at Derby Crown Court was presided over by HH Judge Egbuna, who remarked that it was “vital” to ascertain whether the decision of the National Probation Service to press for prosecution of Alison Chabloz on the ground of breach of condition had been taken “professionally” or whether the decision had been a result of “political motivation”.

The judge was informed by Prosecution Counsel that the decision to proceed with a prosecution (and so trial for breach) was not taken or initiated by Alison Chabloz’s probation officer, as would be the normal situation; neither was that decision taken by his supervisor. It was the decision of someone above those levels.

Sounds as though the judge is seriously worried by possible interference in the judicial and quasi-judicial processes by someone or some organization…

The judge declared that Alison’s trial could not proceed until it had been established on what basis or bases the decision to prosecute had been taken, and by whom. The matter has now been adjourned until 25 June 2020.

That, however was not the end of their manipulations for the day. Alison Chabloz was arrested at court and taken to Derby Police Station, where she was “interviewed” (interrogated) by detectives about a complaint made by someone. At length, late in the evening, she was given police bail until a date in mid-February, but only on the condition that she not post on her blog. That disgraceful “police-state” prohibition will, I apprehend, be challenged in court before very long.

Well, there we have it. A contrived “complaint” with the sole (main) aim of preventing Alison Chabloz from exercizing her right to free speech (which right “they” have almost destroyed in the UK, aided by “me too” rabbits on Twitter and elsewhere). What other objective? Well, I suppose that it also inconvenienced Alison Chabloz, and their little minds love to do things like that, as witness the false and malicious complaint the same “people” made about me three years ago:

When I was a victim of a malicious Zionist complaint…

It is about time that the police and CPS woke up to the fact that they are being manipulated and used by the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” fake charity.

England has now become a country in which a police desk sergeant in deepest darkest Derbyshire can decide (was it really his decision?) not to allow a British citizen the right to post on the Internet! “They” have destroyed our freedom for their own tribal ends. — Ian Millard

Notorious antisemite Alison Chabloz sent back to prison after humiliatingly losing her own appeal in case launched following action by CAA

Aug 14, 2021

Notorious antisemite Alison Chabloz has humiliatingly been sent back to prison on remand, pending sentencing on Monday, after losing her own appeal.

The appeal was against her conviction under section 127 of the Communications Act for sending by a public communications network an offensive, indecent message or material. That conviction was secured following action by Campaign Against Antisemitism, which had been pursuing justice against Ms Chabloz for over four years.

In a two-day hearing at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday and Friday, Ms Chabloz, 57, sought to have her conviction overturned, having already served nine week’s in prison, representing half of her original eighteen week sentence. Defendants convicted in magistrates’ court are usually given leave to appeal their cases to a crown court, but with the risk that, if their appeal is dismissed, there is a possibility that their sentence may be increased. This looks likely to happen on Monday, after Ms Chabloz’s appeal was dismissed on Friday and she was held on remand, pending sentencing on Monday.

Judge Martin Beddoe said that he made his judgment in accordance with “standards of an open and multiracial society,” and that “the prosecution is proportionate in response to a pressing social need.” He also stated that there are consequences for being found guilty of being grossly offensive, as Ms Chabloz has been.

In his remarks, Judge Beddoe highlighted Ms Chabloz’s “hostility to people of Jewish extraction” and her “irrational”views and “misguided beliefs.” He said that he was quite sure that her grossly offensive statements were “deliberately said.”

Over the course of the hearing, Ms Chabloz said that she was upset that “an English court is applying the dictatorship of opinion imposed by Zionist organisations”, on several occasions also mentioning Campaign Against Antisemitism’s Director of Investigations and Enforcement by name.

Ms Chabloz, whose conviction arose on the basis of a previous landmark precedent secured against her by Campaign Against Antisemitism over her obsessive Holocaust denial used to hound Jews, also told the court this week that Jewish people turn their children into “psychopathic maniacs” by teaching them about the Holocaust, which she described as “frantic babble”.

She added that “English Zionists work together in their own group interests” and at one point declared that she would like English people to “remain the majority in my country.” Judge Beddoe asked her “Who is English? How do you distinguish?” She answered: “By identity and ethnicity.” The judge pressed her, “Are Jewish people in your view English?” to which she responded: “They may be half-English or a quarter English.”.

In her defence, Ms Chabloz claimed that she has Jewish collaborators in her work, has taught Jewish songs to children and that she received support from Jewish people while she was in prison. Scarce evidence was provided to support most of these contentions.

Her testimony was rambling, with the judge castigating her for failing to answer questions and even her own counsel urging her at times to focus. Despite this, she continued to insist that “the Holocaust narrative” is fraudulent, referring to “all the fake survivors who survived” and accusing the Auschwitz Museum of being “a fraudulent enterprise.”

She also repeated her claim that “the Holocaust is a state religion here and in the West,” and accused Jews of being “the main group behind clamping down on freedom of expression.”

Some of the offences of which Ms Chabloz was convicted arose from comments that she made on Graham Hart’s internet radio show. Since her earlier conviction and incarceration, Mr Hart pleaded guilty to eight charges under the Public Order Act 1986 after investigations by Campaign Against Antisemitism, and was sentenced to thirty-two months in prison, of which he will serve half.

Ms Chabloz is a virulent antisemite and Holocaust denier who has an extensive record of using social media to publicise her hatred for Jews and to convert others to her views about Jewish people. Following a private prosecution by Campaign Against Antisemitism, which was later continued by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Ms Chabloz became the first person in Britain to be convicted over Holocaust denial in a precedent-setting case. Ms Chabloz previously spent a short time in custody for breaching the conditions of her sentence, but this will be her first substantial period in prison.

Ms Chabloz is fixated on the idea that the Holocaust did not occur, and that it was fabricated by Jews and their supporters as a vehicle for fraudulently extorting money in the form of reparations. This forms the basis for her second obsession, that Jews are liars and thieves who are working to undermine Western society. Ms Chabloz is also connected to extremist right-wing movements, at whose meetings she gives speeches and performs her songs, in the UK, France and North America.

Stephen Silverman, Director of Investigations and Enforcement at Campaign Against Antisemitism, said: “Alison Chabloz’s repulsive opinions about Jews can be traced back to the beer halls of 1930s Germany. The dismissal of her appeal affirms the just decision of the magistrates’ court and its decision to incarcerate her, signaling that the judiciary is united in its disgust of people who make a vocation out of denying the Holocaust and baiting Jews. The likely enhancement of her sentence, which is entirely of her own making, is nothing less than she deserves.

“This decision comes on the heels of the imprisonment of Graham Hart, on whose radio show Ms Chabloz made some of the comments that lead to her conviction. We will continue to ensure not only that individual antisemites are brought to justice, but that their networks of indoctrination are disrupted as well.”

In separate proceedings also resulting from action by Campaign Against Antisemitism, Ms Chabloz is due back in court on 1st September to be tried for further alleged offences under the Communications Act (the original charges have been downgraded to this lesser offence).

Campaign Against Antisemitism’s analysis of Home Office statistics shows that an average of over three hate crimes are directed at Jews every single day in England and Wales, with Jews almost four times more likely to be targets of hate crimes than any other faith group.

Notorious antisemite Alison Chabloz to serve another seven weeks in prison after humiliatingly losing appeal against conviction secured following action by CAA

Aug 18, 2021

The notorious antisemite Alison Chabloz has today humiliatingly been sent back to prison for seven weeks after losing her own appeal last week.

The appeal was against her conviction under section 127 of the Communications Act for sending by a public communications network an offensive, indecent message or material. That conviction was secured following action by Campaign Against Antisemitism, which has been pursuing justice against Ms Chabloz for years.

Ms Chabloz had been held on remand since the two-day hearing before Judge Martin Beddoe at Southwark Crown Court ended last Friday, with sentencing due to take place on Monday. However, the court had not yet heard from the probation service about which elements of Ms Chabloz’s original sentence – nine weeks in prison (half of an eighteen week sentence), 180 hours of unpaid work and twenty days of Rehabilitation Activity Requirement (RAR) – had been served. The prosecution noted on Monday that “it’s a concern of the prosecution that she will do exactly the same thing again,” that Ms Chabloz has an “obsession” with Jewish people and Judaism and is “incapable of not abusing Jewish people,” and therefore should be sentenced accordingly. Without a complete update from the probation order, the court adjourned until this morning.

Today, the probation officer took the stand and revealed that, after serving her custodial sentence, Ms Chabloz had only served 43 of the 180-hour unpaid work requirement and only four days of RAR. Ms Chabloz had disputed part of this testimony, with Judge Beddoe, sitting today with magistrates, cautioning her: “If you don’t shut up, I’ll have to send you downstairs. Please be quiet. Just stop. This is the last order!”

“These records have a lot to be desired,” Judge Beddoe observed, noting that he would need to make adjustments to his anticipated sentence. After a brief adjournment, Judge Beddoe reminded Ms Chabloz that “you knew when you lodged the appeal and persisted that the sentence would be at large should it fail.” This is because defendants convicted in magistrates’ court, as Ms Chabloz was, are usually given leave to appeal their cases to a crown court, but with the risk that, if their appeal is dismissed, there is a possibility that their sentence may be increased.

Judge Beddoe noted that “the first of the offences was barely one month after the suspended sentence order and the second for the same thing was two months after that” and denied Ms Chabloz’s earlier claim that hate crimes do not generate violence, adding that the court’s experience was “that they very much do.”

Ms Chabloz presented herself as a victim of online trolling, claiming also that she lost her job in 2014 after someone wrote to her employer about her antisemitic views. Judge Beddoe dismissed these contentions, observing that this was the result of her behaviour, and that if she changed her ways, the supposed trolling would likely cease. He concluded that “there’s no mitigation that we can find.” Observing further that “there’s no remorse on your part, simply defiance,” he concluded that the enhanced sentencing is “entirely a consequence of your actions.”

Ms Chabloz was sentenced to 32 weeks in prison, which represents both an uplift from the original eighteen-week sentence and the re-imposition of part of the suspended sentence that Ms Chabloz received in her first conviction in 2018. That verdict arose from a private prosecution by Campaign Against Antisemitism that was later continued by the Crown Prosecution Service and set a major legal precedent, as Ms Chabloz became the first person in Britain to be convicted over Holocaust denial.

She must serve half of this 32-week sentence, i.e. sixteen weeks, of which she has already served nine, leaving seven weeks of the custodial sentence to be served. There is no criminal behaviour order, but she must pay the court £1,800. Judge Beddoe warned her that, if she is convicted again, the sentence will be “merely more severe next time.”

On leaving court, Ms Chabloz was heard calling out: “I hope to have a jury trial next time.”

Ms Chabloz’s conviction arose on the basis of the previous landmark precedent secured against her by Campaign Against Antisemitism over her obsessive Holocaust denial used to hound Jews. Some of the offences of which Ms Chabloz was convicted in her more recent case arose from comments that she made on Graham Hart’s internet radio show. Since her earlier conviction and incarceration, Mr Hart, who called Jews “filth” and asked listeners for a gun, pleaded guilty to eight charges under the Public Order Act 1986 after investigations by Campaign Against Antisemitism, and was sentenced to 32 months in prison, of which he will serve half.

Ms Chabloz is a virulent antisemite and Holocaust denier who has an extensive record of using social media to publicise her hatred for Jews and to convert others to her views about Jewish people. She is fixated on the idea that the Holocaust did not occur, and that it was fabricated by Jews and their supporters as a vehicle for fraudulently extorting money in the form of reparations. This forms the basis for her second obsession, that Jews are liars and thieves who are working to undermine Western society. Ms Chabloz is also connected to extremist right-wing movements, at whose meetings she gives speeches and performs her songs, in the UK, France and North America.

Stephen Silverman, Director of Investigations and Enforcement at Campaign Against Antisemitism, said: “Six years ago, we watched in horror as Alison Chabloz made liberal use of social media to abuse and harass the descendants of Holocaust victims, accuse Jews of endorsing paedophilia and murdering Christian children and bait rabbis with tweets that exonerated Hitler. We decided then that, however long it took and whatever obstacles were put in our way, we would ensure that British Jews were protected against her virulent antisemitism.

“With this enhanced custodial sentence that draws together her numerous convictions, she is now reaping the rewards of her own hateful behaviour. Jew haters like Ms Chabloz and the recently-convicted radio host Graham Hart now know that we will not rest in our defence of the Jewish community. Others with similar views should take note.”

Racist who compared Auschwitz to a theme park jailed for second time after changing Oliver Twist lyrics to anti-Semitic song

Alison Chabloz has previously been locked up for saying ‘Hitler was right’

14 avril 2022

A woman has been jailed for changing an Oliver Twist song to include “grossly offensive” lyrics aimed at the Jewish religion. Alison Chabloz, who has previously been jailed for saying ‘Hitler was right’ in her blog posts, had rewritten the words of the well-known song ‘You’ve got to pick a pocket or two’ and posted the video online.

The 58-year-old podcast presenter from St John’s Wood had sung the words “You’ve got to shift a shackle or two”, which was in breach of a previous suspended sentence. Chabloz has a number of previous convictions for sending grossly offensive comments, after making anti-Semitic remarks on a US podcast which she promoted on a far-right social media website called Gab.

She had claimed that the song had been written from the perspective of Tommy Robinson, but this explanation was dismissed by the judge. It was noted that she had a history of displaying “hostility towards a religious group” after she was jailed last April for similar offences.

In 2018, she was handed a suspended sentence which was confirmed on appeal in 2019, after she sang songs calling the Holocaust “a bunch of lies” and referred to Auschwitz as a “theme park”. The former music teacher was convicted of three charges for posting offensive songs about the Holocaust, where she sang: “Was it just a bunch of lies? Seems that some intent to pull the wool over our eyes.”

She had claimed in her podcasts that Jewish parents were “indoctrinating their children that their grandparents were gassed because they were Jews”, which had turned their children into “maniacs”.

She returned for sentencing at Westminster Magistrates Court in April 2021 after she was found guilty of making six grossly offensive comments on the podcasts ‘The Graham Hart Show’ and ‘Realist Radio’. She argued that the Holocaust was used as an “eternal cash cow” and stated that Jews who did not confrom should be deported.

Chabloz, originally from Derbyshire, had also asserted that the gas chambers were not “homicidal” but had been used to save lives from “typhus epidemics”. Speaking in her defence, Adrian Davies said that her comments and past history had rendered her unemployable.

Sentencing her to 22 weeks in prison, District Judge Nina Tempia said: “My view is that you’d spent time and consideration on how to change the words to make it offensive. The offence is aggravated by hostility towards a religious group and I have to take into account your previous convictions for these kinds of offences.”

When asked if Chabloz could remain on bail pending an appeal hearing, the judge responded: “I’ve made my decision. This matter is so serious that only a custodial sentence is warranted.”

Graham Hart from the The Graham Hart Radio Show mentioned in that story got over 2 and a half years in prison for talking on his show.
Strangest thing is a middle class guy chatting gets the full force of the anti terrorist unit smashing his door down.

LONDON VENUE SHAMELESSLY SET TO HOST NOTORIOUS ANTISEMITE ALISON CHABLOZ

A venue in South London is shamelessly set to host the notorious antisemite Alison Chabloz and conspiracy theorist Ian Fantom this week.

The Tea House Theatre, whose events have courted controversy in the past, promoted the “Year-End Review in Speech and Song” event on Twitter and Instagram, writing that Ms Chabloz “will talk about her own experiences in being cancelled”.

Lambeth’s Vauxhall Ward condemned the event, tweeting: “Shameful that @theatre_tea here in Vauxhall would welcome someone with such abhorrent views. The right to free speech is not a right to platform, and we hope they will reconsider this event.”

It added: “Antisemitism has no place in Vauxhall.”

Labour Party MP Florence Eshalomi, representing Vauxhall, expressed similar sentiments, writing: “This is worrying – #Vauxhall is a vibrant diverse constituency. I hope the venue in question will reconsider- free speech should not be a platform for people to share any form of hate, racism, discrimination or antisemitism.”

London theatre cancels appearance by convicted antisemite after community uproar

However, the event with conspiracy theorist Ian Fantom will still go ahead, the venue owner says

A small London theatre has cancelled an appearance by a convicted antisemite amid outrage from Jewish groups, but the event which is also hosting conspiracy theorist Ian Fantom, is still set to go ahead.

The Tea House Theatre, located in Vauxhall in South London, accepted a booking from conspiracy group 'Keep Talking' on Thursday for an event to discuss the "pandemic scam", as well as the "World Economic Forum" and the "cancel culture mob", but the theatre's owner says that he was not aware of the previous antisemitism and convictions of Alison Chabloz who was scheduled to appear.

Director Harry Iggulden told the JC that he only learned of her views via Twitter over the weekend, and has now cancelled her appearance, describing her as a "repugnant human being".

At the event, Chabloz was set to "talk about her own experiences in being cancelled".
