Default Jews Fight Free Speech

The Jewish Internet Defense Force is a group of pious and holy swindlers, Communists, homosexual Jews and Israeli wannabe-Junior-Mossad-operatives who police the Internet in order to enforce fear and loathing of kikenvermin worldwide.

The Jewish Internet Defense Force is fighting against freedom of speech and freedom of the press wherever they find it on the Internet. These bold and fearless pimple-faced geeks, yarmulkies tightly held upon their pointy heads with bobby pins, pork-barreled rumps solidly squeezed into their swivel chairs, bagels piled high on their workstations, fight a never ending battle to hide the truth from the goyim.

Any and all peeps, squeeks or outright criticism of Jews or Jewish perversions wherever they may arise on the Internet should promptly be reported to the mighty JIDF, and while you are at it, make a donation on the handy PayPal button that they provide on their website.

Be sure to visit the middle of their page and visit all of the websites and YouTube video sites that they find to be so offensive to the sweet and kindly kikenvermin around the world. After all, if the Jews hate somebody, then they must be good. So, surf over and visit their enemies today as a show of support!

Default Israel about to curb free speech some more from its citizens-Arab citizens that is

Israel is about to pass a 2-part "loyalty law". The first part is the internment for one-year for anyone who calls for the end of Israel's existence. This is done by a mandatory requirement to swear loyalty to Israel and using that oath as a pretext for imprisonment.

The 2d part is "Nakba" law, which bans any acknowlegement of the dispossession of lands stolen from its Arab owners in 1948.

B'nai B'rith charges Aussie web site with anti-semitic content

Jul. 4, 2009

The Australian-based news Web site newmatilda.com has been charged by the B'nai B'rith Anti-Defamation Commission (ADC) with featuring anti-Israel and anti-Semitic content, particularly during the first three months of 2009, despite claims from the Web site's editor that it is providing fair coverage.

The ADC issued a report highlighting newmatilda's Israel coverage, taking issue with the website's balance of Israeli and Palestinian narratives and the proportion of stories covering the conflict in the region during these months, particularly concerning Gaza.

Contrary to the editor's claims of providing fair coverage, the report states that 17 out of the 18 articles concerning Operation Cast Lead featured the Palestinian narrative. None of the articles could be characterized as balanced, and one article acknowledged the existence of competing narrative, but argued for the validity of the Palestinian narrative.

Many of the ADC's concerns regarding newmatilda are rooted in the fact that as a new media source, newmatilda does not need to adhere to journalistic standards of reporting and opinion writing. As the writers are not necessarily trained journalists and their work does not fall under the jurisdiction of a news editor, such standards are not always upheld.

Despite the fact that Australia has laws against racial vilification, the report maintains that it is both more difficult to prosecute violations of these laws in new media sources and that incriminating articles are easier to remove. The report also claims that due to the fact that this information is made available to the general public, holding newmatilda to lower standards of journalistic integrity would be inappropriate.

During the period in which the ADC studied newmatilda, the site provided a disproportionate amount of coverage on Israel. More than one article per week was published on the subject during the first three months of 2009, while only one article addressed the situation in Burma and no articles covered Darfur, North Korea, Zimbabwe, and Tibet, other countries possessing humanitarian-related news.

Newmatilda features Al-Jazeera as its sole newsfeed. In its Frequently Asked Questions section, the site states that as Al-Jazeera has a non-Western focus, it brings balance to the Australian media, as it carries stories that Australians otherwise might not pursue. The ADC maintains that while Al-Jazeera is a legitimate news source, newmatilda offers no alternative sources which would present the other side of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The issue which the ADC finds most disconcerting is the fact that the Web site maintains very lax control over its comments section, which features responses of a highly anti-Semitic and anti-Israel nature. The comments make a variety of claims, such as denying the Holocaust or claiming that it was exaggerated or "used" by the Jewish people; claiming that Jews have no right or historical attachment to Israel; that anti-Semitism does not exist; that Jews control the media; that Jews are a threat to the world and would infect the world with the plague; and that Israel is supported by "blood money." While it is likely that some of these comments breach the racial vilification provisions of both the Australian states and Commonwealth, newmatilda rarely deletes them and when it does, it does not do so immediately - granting the comments an extensive readership.

In April, the ADC wrote to newmatilda, expressing concern over the site's comments page. In response, Marni Cordell, editor of newmatilda, thanked the ADC for providing feedback and wrote "We believe we provide a fair coverage of this important nexus of issues - but we are very committed to publishing informed /opinion/ pieces, and our content reflects that. The possibility that your organization doesn't share the outlook of the bulk of our contributors - who also differ among themselves - does not make us unfair."

"If you read opinions on our site that are not commonly found in the major dailies or in publications like the Australian Jewish News, then that is one sign that we are doing our jobs," Cordell's response continued.

The ADC states that its primary concern regarding newmatilda is the effect that prejudicial coverage has on the attitude of Australians towards the Jewish people, both in Israel and in the Diaspora.

As there is a documented connection between events in Israel and incidents of local anti-Semitism, the report posits that by hosting comments slandering Israel and Jews on unjust terms, newmatilda's lax policies undermine the freedom and security of Australian Jews, regardless of whether or not this is the site's intent.

Zionists’ academic terrorism
“Why discredit, defame and silence those with opposing viewpoints? I believe it is because the Zionist Lobby knows it cannot win based on facts,” – Dr. Joel Beinin (Jewish professor at Stanford University in his article “Silencing critics not way to Middle East peace”, San Francisco Chronicle, February 4, 2007).

“I grew up as a White girl in the Jim Crow South and I have spent my adult life in the study of racism, what I see when I go to Palestine is Jim Crow on steroids,” – Tema Okun, a Jewish academic in ‘A Jewish state – or Jewish values?’, Mondoweiss, July 12, 2009).

“How tragic that in our own time the very state established by the Jews in the aftermath of this evil has become a place where racialism, religious discrimination, militarism, and injustic prevail; and that Israel itself has become a pariah state whin the world community. Events taking place today are all too reminiscent of the pogroms from which our own forefathers fled two and three generations ago – but this time those in authority are Jews and the victims are Muslim and Christian Palestinians,” – statement from 18 prominent American Jews, The Nation, February 3, 1988.

Many Universities in the US have a long history of sanctioning academic, students, and holding debates – critical to the Zionist entity, Zionism or even Zionist Jews – from professor Norman Finkelstein to professor William I. Robinson (University of California – ADL charging his e-mail criticizing Israeli attacks on Gaza, Dec-Jan 2009 – as ‘anti-Semitism’) to professor Joel Kovel being fired from Bard College (for authoring the book ‘Overcoming Zionism’) to professor Tariq Ramadan (banned from joining Notre Dame University in 2004 and now fired by Dutch University for hosting a religious show at Iranian TV).

Since September 11, 2001 – this Zionazi censorship of ‘freedom of speech’ has beening creeping into neighboring Canada too. The pro-Israeli Jewish groups like Canadian Jewish Congress (CJC), Canada Israel Committee, Jewish Defence League, B’nai Brith, etc. has been going crazy to get Ottawa ban anti-Zionist academics, politician, books and even words (calling Israel an Apartheid state) from telling the truth about Zionist imperialism in the Middle East and their Nazi-style treatment of the native Muslim and Christian Palestinians. Be it professor Norman Finkelstein (a Jew) or David Olesker (a British-born Israeli Jew) or George Galloway (former Mayor of London and a Christian British MP) or Dr. David F. Nobel (a Jew professor at York University, who filed a ‘character assassination’ law suit against Canadian Jewish lobby groups for US$25 million in 2006) or the Jewish professor Michael Neumann (Peterbrough’s Trent University for his “anti-Israel” essays) or professor Yakov M. Rabkin (University of Montreal, who was called ‘a self-hating Jew’ for authoring the book ‘A Threat from Within: A Century of Jewish Opposition to Zionism’). But in contrast to that anti-Muslim racist Jews like Daniel Pipes, Israeli prime minister Bibi, and dozens of Israeli academics have been welcomed at Toronto’s York University, Concordia University, and other Universities across Canada.

Canadian lawyer and writer, Edward C. Corrigan, in his latest article titled Is it anti-Semitic to defend Palestinian human rights?, published in The Canadian Charger (August 26, 2009), wrote:

“All across Canada and in the United States, there is an organized campaign to suppress criticism of Israeli policies toward the Palestinians. The campaign is especially strong on university campuses where many voices have been raised in support of human rights for the Palestinians. One such example is the attempt to suppress the Public Interest Research Group, founded by Ralph Nader, at the University of Ottawa for their support for Palestinian human rights.

Similar anti-Palestinian campaigns have occurred at many universities in Canada including the University of Toronto, the University of Western Ontario and York University.

An attack against a student group that was sympathetic to the Palestinians occurred at the University of Western Ontario in 1982. The student group was refused official recognition because of its support for the Palestinians and for sponsoring Palestinian and Arab speakers. After this refusal a complaint was made to the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

After a long battle, and with the support of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and its General Counsel Alan Borovoy, and a supportive editorial in The Globe & Mail, the Ontario Human Rights Commission compelled the University Students Council at the University of Western Ontario to issue a statement of regret and to ratify the student group. The refusal was deemed discriminatory against Palestinians and persons associated with Palestinians.

Another tactic is to smear such individuals who have supported the Palestinians with allegations of anti-Semitism. One such individual was Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu. A few complaints from the Jewish community led to the Noble Prize winner being banned from speaking on campus by the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. Tutu was attacked because of statements he made criticizing Israeli policy toward the Palestinians that some Jewish individuals said were “anti Semitic.”

This campaign is also an attack on the numerous dissenting Jews who support human rights for the Palestinians. Canadian Jewish groups like Not in Our Name (NION) and Jewish Independent Voices (Canada) and their support for the Palestinians and their criticism of the “Jewish State,” are simply ignored. For political purposes they simply do not exist.

The ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, as well as the massacres, rapes and illegal confiscation of Palestinian property, is well documented by Israeli historians.

The view that it is anti-Semitic to criticize Israel, or its actions, is pure and simple racism against Palestinians. The Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims have many legitimate reasons to criticize the policies and actions of “the Jewish State.” A state that aggressively, and repeatedly, attacks its neighbours and is slowly but systematically ethnically cleansing its non-Jewish population is not above criticism.

Many Jews are anti-Zionist and opposed the settlement of Jews in Palestine….”

Default New Israeli Law Forbids Palestinians From Mourning Or “Showing Signs Of Sadness”

A new law in Israel makes it a crime to commemorate what Palestinians call the “Nakba”, the “catastrophe” of their dispossession by the creation of the Zionist state in 1948. The Knesset, Israel’s parliament, has passed “The Nakba Draft Law” after just one reading. Penalties will be imposed on anyone showing signs of sadness and mourning within the (undefined) borders of Israel on 15 May; Palestinians remember on that day the creation of the refugee crisis that remains after 62 years.

Hebrew radio reported this week that the law is intended to stop people mourning on what is Israeli Independence Day; commemorative acts are, it is claimed, tantamount to “denying the Jewish character of Israel [and] insulting the symbols of the state”. The radio noted that the fines might amount up to three times the expenditure of commemorative programmes.

According to one commentator, it is ironic that this law has been passed at a time when Israel is complaining about attempts to “de-legitimise” the Zionist state. Here is an example of Israel’s own “de-legitimisation” of the Palestinians, their land and their culture, he said.

Default US colleges to receive warning letters on anti-Semitism

"may be liable for massive damages" if they fail to prevent anti-Semitism on campus, Israel Law Center warns.

Hundreds of US college and university presidents were set to receive warning letters on Thursday morning, instructing them of their legal obligations to prevent anti-Semitism on campus.

The letters also remind universities it is their legal duty to prevent university funds from being diverted to unlawful activities directed against the State of Israel.

UC-Irvine students secretly met with Hamas official

Civil rights group the Israel Law Center (Shurat HaDin) is carrying out the legal campaign in response to “an alarming number of incidents of harassment and hate crimes against Jewish and Israeli students on US college campuses.”

“Anti-Israel rallies and events frequently exceed legitimate criticism of Israel and cross the line into blatant anti-Semitism, resulting in hateful attacks against Jews,” the center’s lawyer Nitsana Darshan-Leitner said on Wednesday.

One university that has attracted criticism over anti- Semitism on campus is Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Aaron Marcus, a senior at Rutgers, says he was dubbed a “racist Zionist pig” in a public Facebook posting by a fellow student.

According to Marcus, that comment was made after he questioned a Rutgers University Student Assembly decision to donate money to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, a nonprofit organization with close ties to Islamic charity the Holy Land Foundation, which funds Hamas.

The political science and history student said he complained about the incident to the university administration, but was told the student’s comments were protected under the US Constitution’s First Amendment, and she had a right to freedom of speech.

“They didn’t even mention that her actions were in direct violation of the student code of conduct or acknowledge the fact that she was taking part in an extreme case of campus bullying,” Marcus said.

Lawyer Kenneth Leitner, Israel Law Center’s director of American affairs, said “perpetrators of hate” are exploiting academic ideals.

“By condoning it, college administrators have allowed an environment of intimidation and hostility against Jewish students and faculty to fester on campus,” Leitner said.

This sort of harassment and intimidation interferes with students’ educational rights, and poses a threat to their physical safety and well-being, according to the Israel Law Center.

The center hopes the legal warnings will prompt US colleges to take action against what it says is a growing problem of campus hatred.

“Jewish and Israeli students are often too intimidated to speak because they fear they will be held collectively responsible for the supposed ‘wrongdoings’ of the Jewish State of Israel,” the Law Center’s warning letter says.

Former Brandeis University student Herschel Hartz said US universities are guilty of a double standard by allowing anti-Semitism to thrive while protecting students of other ethnicities against discrimination.

“Brandeis University ignores anti-Semitism and seeks to brush it under the rug,” he said.

Hartz said that when he confronted his then-roommate over anti-Semitic messages posted on an online instant messaging service, the roommate assaulted him.

He called campus police, but eventually took the issue to court and obtained a restraining order.

Brandeis didn’t do anything to protect him, Hartz said.

“If you look into the history of Brandeis University around that time, a freshman student was expelled for putting posters on the campus expressing an inappropriate joke about Islam. The double standard is amazing,” he said.

The Law Center’s letter also reminds schools of their legal obligation to monitor the funding and activities of all on-campus student groups, and warns them that by failing to do so, they could unwittingly fall foul of stringent US legislation.

The letter cites a recent ruling by the US Supreme Court in the Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project case, which held it is illegal to provide any support to a terrorist organization – even if that support appears to be relatively benign.

In that case, the Supreme Court found providing any support to a terrorist organization, even for supposed humanitarian purposes, was enough to incur criminal liability.

The Law Center points to the Muslim Students Association (MSA), which operates in hundreds of college campuses in the US, and which it describes as “the university arm of the Muslim Brotherhood organization.”

“Although I have no information that any MSA chapter is directly supporting Hamas at this time, certain MSA chapters have openly supported Hamas in the past, and your institution must remain vigilant of the difference between protected speech and prohibited conduct, especially as it pertains to funds that your institution knowingly provides,” the Law Center’s letter reads.

The Law Center also refers to a Rutgers University event last year, in which students group BAKA – Students United for Middle East Justice successfully applied to a student-run allocations committee for an event in support of US To Gaza, an organization that was raising money to buy an American ship to run Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip, in support of Hamas.

In its letter, the Law Center warns the funding runs counter to the US Neutrality Act, which makes furnishing money for hostile naval expeditions against any country at peace with the US a crime.

International Conference to Examine ‘New Antisemitism’

Newswise — BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Leading experts on what has been called “the new antisemitism” will meet at Indiana University next month for a scholarly examination of anti-Jewish bias and hatred that has arisen across much of the world in the past decade.

Resurgent Antisemitism: Global Perspectives” will take place April 3-5 at the Indiana Memorial Union. It is the inaugural conference of the Institute for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism, which was established in 2009 at Indiana University Bloomington.

“There is widespread awareness that we are living in a time of heightened antisemitism, and that this is something that needs to be understood and addressed,” said Alvin Rosenfeld, director of the institute and the Irving M. Glazer Chair of Jewish Studies at IU Bloomington. “The best way to do this is to bring the best minds together to discuss the matter.”

The conference is an ambitious, pioneering effort to bring together scholars from a range of disciplines to focus, country by country and topic by topic, on recent trends. Thirty scholars from 12 countries will address antisemitism in America, Europe and the Middle East, along with such issues as antisemitism on college campuses, Holocaust denial and attempts to delegitimize Israel.

Default Oakland Museum Of Children's Art Cancels Exhibition Of Drawings By Palestinian Children Depicting Gaza War

SAN FRANCISCO -- Bowing to pressure from the Bay Area's Jewish community, Oakland's Museum of Children's Art has decided to cancel its planned exhibition of drawings by Palestinian children documenting their experiences during the 2008-2009 Israeli invasion of the Gaza Strip.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/0..._n_958633.html
Organized by the Middle East Children's Alliance, "A Child's View of Gaza" was supposed to run from September 24th through mid-November; however, the public reaction against displaying the pictures convinced the museum's board of directors to halt its plan.

Book Description

Publication Date: October 24, 2011

During 2008-2009, Israel lobby organizations made concerted efforts to block a planned conference on statehood for Israel and Palestine at Toronto's York University. This book is a report of an independent investigation by author Jon Thompson for the Canadian Association of University Teachers, an organization that has been active in the defence of free speech and academic freedoms which have been challenged on Canadian campuses. Controversy began at York soon after the Israel-Palestine conference was advertised and intensified over the following months. The event was repeatedly denounced, and university administrators were deluged by irate e-mails and phone calls. York, as the host university, was warned of boycotts and the cessation of donations and was denounced in fullpage newspaper ads. When York and its co-sponsors stood their ground, the Israel lobby persuaded the Harper government to contact SSHRC, an academic funding agency also involved with the event. In response, SSHRC made an unprecedented intervention. The Canadian Association of University Teachers then made a public issue of the government's interference and, in the end, the conference was held as planned. This book establishes the facts of the case, provides a context for understanding it, and explores the meaning of academic freedom in Canada. Author Jon Thompson proposes measures which universities and university faculty members can take to better safeguard their ability to discuss and debate ideas which some may wish to silence.

Default Jewish groups call on government to remove alleged anti-Semitic writers from Hungarian national curriculum

June 26th, 2012

quote

Six Jewish organizations and federations have called on the government to revise the national curriculum and remove four “anti-Semitic” writers from it.

The writers in question, Jozsef Nyiro (1889-1953), Albert Wass (1908-1998), Istvan Sinka (1897-1969) and Dezso Szabo (1879-1945) spread “the contagion of anti-Semitism,” the organizations said in a statement.

“It is unacceptable that they constitute an integral part of the education of Hungarian youth,” the statement signed by Mazsihisz, the March of the Living Foundation, Mazsike, the Hungarian Zionist Alliance, the Victims of Nazism Committee and the B’nai B’rith Budapest Lodge said.

Nyiro remained loyal to the Hungarian Nazi Arrow Cross government up until the last minute,

They also protested against the recent involvement of Hungary’s Parliament in organizing Nyiro’s reburial in Transylvania.

Wass proudly called himself an anti-Semite until his death while Sinka fomented anti-Jewish sentiment with his poems; Szabo laid the intellectual foundation of the public mood that led to the enactment of anti-Jewish laws in the interwar period, they said.

The six organizations called it “bewildering” that the national curriculum discusses the works of Imre Kertesz, Hungary’s sole Nobel-laureate writer, in the chapter on literary prizes, instead of the chapter on Hungarian literature, “casting them out of Hungarian literary history”.
---------------
Official says no revision of curriculum planned
The government has no plans to revise the recently approved new national curriculum, education state secretary Rozsa Hoffmann said on Tuesday.

Hoffmann said the criticised writers are not in the compulsory group of authors within the curriculum. Schools can freely decide to select other writers and therefore the organizations’ concerns are “not well-founded, “she added.

Interesting to see Gloebb n Waille mentioned above.
Cunning bastards made it appear that my posts were being published when in fact they were invisible to other computers. It was not until I checked in on a friends machine that I noticed. A six month period of making comment all for nothing. Sneaking Treasonous low-life Hosers.

A kike will always be a kike. There's a reason this money lending cult is loathed around the World. Anyone who professes the kikes possess high IQs is an ignorant fool in my opinion. If they had any intelligence, they wouldn't go around rubbing people the wrong way. In the end, their shekel cult is going to wind up erased, and the ones who don't come out of the closet and profess their allegiance to Marxism will eternally be searching for a new material identity.

Default Jew Congressman Berman Pressures Billboard Company To Take Down Anti-Israel Billboards And Refund Money To Group

Quote:
Congressman Berman today struck back at anti-Israel billboards posted throughout the Los Angeles area. The billboards, sponsored by an organization based in New Mexico called “The Coalition to Stop $30 Billion to Israel,” advocate eliminating U.S. assistance to Israel – a policy that Rep. Berman strongly condemns.

In a letter to the group responsible for the advertisements, Rep. Berman highlights the mutual benefits of the U.S.-Israel relationship and forcefully defends continued assistance to Israel as a critical component of our national security efforts: “We are the leading voice in the international community, and have the world’s most powerful military, yet your organization would have us abandon our closest ally in the Middle East and allow its deterrent capability to wither on the vine. That is not the way to demonstrate international leadership.”
