Lawsuit against debt collectors highlights corrupt court system, third party debt collection
This can only go on within a court system that allows any and every lawsuit to be filed regardless of whether or not there is a shred of credible evidence.
As the article mentions, these companies file lawsuits against people and play the odds that they will not answer the suit and thus will be awarded a default judgment. They don't even have the evidence to prove the claim they file. Do a google search on one of these companies like Portfolio or Midland Credit and "complaints" - you couldn't read them all in a year's time. Portfolio Recovery is a publically traded company, proving that if it makes money no company is too dirty for the Jew stock market. http://hamptonroads.com/2013/09/port...autodial-proof |
