Is this to be interpreted to mean that they basically look at Serbia now as sucked dry of any ideological resistance, and that the official recognition of Kosovo and other "end goals" are already regarded as a fait accompli (but perhaps with a year or two of lag)?

Oh yes, even during Milosevic (who as you most probably know was not loved by the nationaists) times, when it was known who was funding the opposition.

In regards to the ideological resistance and as you said fait accompli,to give just one small but very recent example,

Over a week ago demonstrations were held in Belgrade to protest the Belgrade-Pristina Brussels agreement (betrayal involving handing over the remaining Serb part of north kosovo to illegal Pristian govt) and only around five thousand people showed up max. Pathetic when you consider how this agreement is basically de facto recognition by Serbia of shiptar Kosovo, but not really surprising considering the general apathy and lack of interest in the Kosovo issue after all these hard years which totally drained the majority of the population.

Most people are tired of all this, they live in their own world just preoccupied with making ends meet, economic issues are of primary importance to the general population.

Of course many normal folks still do not like what is being done (and not just concerning Kosovo which isn't even the main problem as far as I'm concerned, problem lies in Belgrade not Kosovo) but they feel impotent so they just shrug their shoulders in resignation and say well what can i do about it? Nothing. So they just block it out of their minds and continue living their lives, occupying themselves with other frivilous and non political matters.

Of course nationalists, both traditional so called 'right wingers' and revolutionary NS, still fight the System as best they can but it is very difficult in the current situation where the traitors are so firmly entrenched in all layers of power and working 24-7 to undermine any potential national awakening. The media is firmly under their control the courts the police the education system, everything, so it is very difficult.

If we had the freedom to assemble like they do in Greece or Hungary big things would be accomplished believe me, but we are not even allowed to hold a local gig, let alone organize a peaceful public NS rally.

To be honest with you, without physical violence there will be nothing. As long as those in charge can continue to get away with doing what they are doing without fear for their lives, or the lives of their families, the ship will continue to sink, even though it is hard to imagine how it could sink any more when we have already hit the bottom.

Just another recent example (yesterday) of total pussification policy which has been in place for the past 13 years, as if we of all people need to be deballed , the PM Ivica Dacic stated that Serbia does not need conflicts and wars and that nobody should die for the country but that everybody should live in peace. Now which leader of any serious country on earth would make such a pathetic statement?

A few days ago they also visited the Special Forces and told them that they hope there will be no work for them because Serbia needs peace more than anything else and that they will never agree to put them in harms way.
Of course our soldiers can partake in UN missions in Africa and other shit holes but under no circumstances are they to be used in north Kosovo Raska (muslims area of south Serbia, with lots of fundamentalists, which can erupt at any moment} or god forbid Republic of Srpska, in order to protect the small remaining Serbian population in these parts, now that would be a crime against peace and democracy which we, with help from our Amercan EU/NATO friends, have worked so hard all these years to achieve.

We can't be allowed to relapse back into 'barbarism' and 'genocide' of the 90s when in the western media the word Serb became synonymous with war criminal ethnic cleanser mass killer, now can we. ZOG has too much invested in these parts for that to happen today.
