Shrimp and grits.....my wife makes the best. She also cooks a dish where she makes little bite size biscuits with fish in side and then covered with Hollandaise sauce. Give the shrimp and grits a try. It is a dish where you swear you could eat an entire pan full in one sitting but it does not take much to fill a person up.
