IMO it's bullshit to force someone to have healthcare or pay a penalty, but apparently it's constitutional because congress has the authority to levy almost unlimited taxes. This is not the same as forcing people to have car insurance because driving or owning a car is not mandatory. Not yet anyway.

At any rate, the kwa will have single payer healthcare-jewspeak for socialized medicine-very soon. If you want to see previews of coming attractions, visit a VA hospital or other federal healthcare facility. Some turd world nations have better healthcare.

I wouldn't count on it. The American version of "health care" is to force people to buy private insurance. Single payer would put the insurance companies out of business.
