Default Woman beaten, stabbed last month dies

November 10, 2014
The woman who was allegedly attacked by her husband in North College Hill in early October has died, a police officer from North College Hill confirmed.

According to police, a 12-year-old girl called 911 at 4:21 a.m. on Oct. 8 to report that the victim, Monica Jeter, was hurt.

"My dad hit my mom and she's bleeding lots," said the girl in the 911 call.

"She's just laying there. She's bloody everywhere. She can hardly breathe. She just said that. He's done this before and he went to jail before."

When police arrived to the home in the 1400 block of Foxwood, they found Jeter suffering from possible life-threatening injuries. She was taken immediately to the hospital to undergo surgery.

Andre Jeter, 36, had already fled the scene. Police caught up with him in Springfield, where he was taken into custody by Springfield police. North College Hill police notified child protective services........

Default Barry Diffenderfer fatally shot in Lancaster bar was 'in the wrong place at the wrong time'

November 10, 2014

Barry Diffenderfer simply was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he went to Shenk’s Cafe in the city to hang out with some friends Friday night.

“That’s exactly what the police officers said when they came to the house,” said Pam Diffenderfer, Barry’s wife of nearly 25 years.

City officers showed up at the Diffenderfer home in East Hempfield Township around 1:30 a.m. Saturday to inform Mrs. Diffenderfer that her husband — a salesman and father of four — had been shot in the back and killed.

Police have charged Lamar Douglas Clark, 28, of Lancaster, with homicide, two counts of attempted homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, and felony weapons charges.

He is being held in Lancaster County Prison.

According to a police affidavit, Clark entered Shenk’s Cafe around 10 p.m., and almost immediately got into a heated argument with an unidentified man.

Clark then pulled out a handgun and fired it five times toward the man.

Diffenderfer was hit in the back and was pronounced dead a short time later at Lancaster General Hospital.....

Default Negro rejects plea deal, opts for trial in killing of Tamaqua woman

Nov 07 2014
ALLENTOWN, Pa. - An Allentown man has rejected a plea deal in the killing of a Schuylkill County woman.

Anthony Heath told a judge Friday afternoon that he wants to take the case to trial.

Lehigh County prosecutors had offered Heath, 24, a guilty, but mentally ill, plea deal in the killing of Angela Steigerwalt.

Steigerwalt's charred body was found along a wooded road in Jim Thorpe, Carbon County, in February. Investigators said they also found a Walmart receipt for a lighter and lighter fluid nearby. Police claim surveillance video showed Heath purchasing the items.

A day later, police in North Carolina stopped Heath while he was driving Steigerwalt's car.

On the drive back to Pennsylvania, police said Heath admitted to strangling the Tamaqua woman with an electrical cord because she refused to take him to a child custody hearing......

Default Stratford Police Work To Crack 1973 Murder Case

Nov 07, 2014
STRATFORD, N.J. - Young, beautiful, and violently murdered. 20-year-old Linda LePordo, an aspiring model living in Stratford, New Jersey, was found dead inside her apartment on October 22, 1973. Her body was physically abused, she was strangled, her killer has not been found.

Now, 41 years later, the Stratford Police Department and Camden County Prosecutors Office are reopening the case, aggressively pursuing justice, but they need your help.

LePordo moved to South Jersey from Massachusetts with her boyfriend in the spring of '73. After a few months, they split up, she got her own place, and was apparently dating other men, when she was murdered about a month later. There was no sign of forced entry. However, there was a struggle, and a unique clue, police found a fresh and deliberate marking on her body.

"There was a racial slur that was etched onto her leg," said Camden County Prosecutor's Office Detective John Hunsinger.

LePordo's ex boyfriend is an African American male. So was the marking meant to send him a message or was it meant to throw police off?
Detectives say they have talked to LePordo's ex-boyfriend in the last 6 weeks as the case has picked up steam. Police say he is one of a few persons of interest. LePordo's ex only lives a few miles from the crime scene..........

Default Two negroes on trial as Hunnewell murder trial to open Wednesday in Richland County

November 10, 2014

COLUMBIA, SC — Opening arguments in the trial of two suspects charged in the shooting death of a 33-year-old mother of four will start Wednesday.

Judge Robert Hood set the time Monday, after prosecution and defense lawyers picked a jury of eight women and four men. The 2013 killing of Kelly Hunnewell during an attempted robbery at a Columbia bakery set off a firestorm, after The State revealed two of the teens charged were out on bond for violent crimes.

Trenton Barnes, 17, and Lorenzo Young, 19, now face murder, kidnapping, burglary and attempted armed robbery charges. At the time of the incident, Barnes was 16, but due to the seriousness of the crime is being tried as an adult. The maximum sentence for the charges are life in prison.

A third man charged in the murder, Troy Stevenson, will be tried at a later date. He is expected to be a government witness in the trial against Barnes and Young.

Hunnewell was the only employee working July 1 in the small building at 13 Tommy Circle, off Beltline Boulevard near Covenant Road, when she was shot. The building contained an off-site bakery for Carolina Cafe, a popular bagel shop along Pendleton Street near USC’s Horseshoe and the State House.

When three would-be robbers entered her kitchen around 3 a.m., Hunnewell, who was alone, resisted. She was shot multiple times, police later said. The robbers, who police said had found the bar next door closed, attacked Hunnewell instead.

Hunnewell had four children, who were ages 13, 9, 8 and 6, at the time of her death.

R.I.P. Tiffany Sams, 21 Years Old Forever.

Negros often use addictive drugs to seduce White women. The abuse involved in Black male White female relationships is horrific towards the White woman. The video below recounts the horrors of this criminally abusive relationship.

I'm very disappointed in Stormfront's censorship of Negro crimes against White women, who naively got involved in miscegenation or allowed a negro to approach them, and paid the ultimate price. How are White girls supposed to grow up with parents who take them to Negro doctors and schools promoting miscegenation??

And the only system response, come on out Whitey and help raise money for the 5 mongrel kids the mudshark left behind.

From the report ---------------------------
Ferguson said they've got a strong case and Andre Jeter confessed. A domestic violence conviction last January led to a protective order that kept him away from Monica Jeter and their five children. She asked to have it lifted in March, 2014 and he moved back in with her. Neighbors said the fighting resumed immediately. Since October's attack, friends and family have rallied to support Monica Jeter through social media. A benefit planned for Saturday, Nov. 15, at a local sports bar will still happen; they hope to raise awareness about domestic violence and money for the Jeter children. "It's tragic, it's really tragic. I'm a father of three children myself and I just can't imagine going through something like that, you know. It's pretty horrific," said Fricker's General Manager, Michael Woolard. Four of the Jeter's five children were in the house during the assault, ages 12, 11, 10 and 9. Police said Andre Jeter is a victim, too, but a victim of his violence. Andre Jeter will be back in court Nov. 17. At that time, the court will discuss Jeter's motion to change his plea from not guilty, to not guilty by reason of insanity. The benefit for Monica Jeter at Fricker's in North College Hill is Saturday, Nov. 15, from 7p.m. to 11p.m.

Default Horry County negro’s death sentence vacated, ordered to serve life in prison in 1994 store owner’s killing

November 10, 2014

CONWAY — For 20 years, the family of Hazel Weaver has sought answers about why she was shot twice in the head on the front porch of her Bucksport home and robbed.

Again, on Monday, they asked the same questions of the man who was sentenced to die for her killing.

But he didn’t answer them.

Instead, Titus Huggins told Circuit Court Judge Larry Hyman he had nothing to say during a hearing at which he was sentenced to life in prison. A judge overturned his death sentence in 2005.

Huggins has been jailed since his arrest on March 10, 1994 and the 44-year-old man will remain jailed for at least another 10 years before he is now eligible for parole.

Huggins, who has been on death row since his conviction in 1996, was found guilty of murder, armed robbery and criminal conspiracy to commit murder in the Feb. 15, 1994, death of Hazel Weaver. A mistrial was declared in the first trial in 1995.

Hazel Weaver owned and operated a local store in Bucksport. She was found shot twice in the head on her front porch, which was about a block from her store, and $150 was missing.

Circuit Court Judge John M. Milling ordered Huggins’ death sentence vacated after a post-conviction relief hearing because of ineffective trial attorneys and remanded the case for resentencing.

On Monday, 15th Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson said he didn’t want to seek the death penalty again because Huggins’ convictions for murder, armed robbery and criminal conspiracy remain intact.

GARDENA, Calif. (KABC) - Three suspects are facing homicide charges after allegedly killing a 34-year-old man they claim tried to kidnap them Friday, police said.

Gardena police responded to a radio call of a kidnapping in the 13100 block of Daleside Avenue at 5:06 p.m. The caller stated that a man tried to kidnap them but they were able to knock him out and that the man was now unconscious in their truck.

When officers arrived at the truck, the victim was unconscious and not responsive. The man later died, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. He was identified as Bradley Hayes, 34, of Hesperia.

During the later investigation, officials determined the three subjects had never been kidnapped. The suspects and the victim were acquaintances.....

ST. LOUIS - The state plans to execute Taylor at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday for killing a gas station attendant in Independence in 1994. He would be the ninth man put to death in Missouri this year and the 11th since November 2013.
Attorneys for Taylor say his sentence should be commuted to life in prison without parole, saying Taylor, who is black, was sentenced by an all-white jury. They also raise concern about prosecutor misconduct during his trial.

Judge sets Dec. 11
The family of Vicki Garner last Friday came one step closer to justice when Judge Christi Kennedy of the 114th District Court ruled to set an execution date for Garner’s killer, Robert Charles Ladd, in a hearing that took place in the Smith County courthouse.

The execution is scheduled to take place on Thursday, Dec. 11, after 6 p.m.

Garner’s younger sister, Teresa Wooten of Mount Pleasant, attended the hearing with eight additional family members. Wooten said it was a very emotional moment for the family.

Vicki Ann Garner, a member of the Mount Pleasant High School Class of 1977, was brutally murdered on Sept. 25, 1996 in Tyler. Ladd was convicted and sentenced to death less than a year later on Aug. 27, 1997.

Default Negro suspect could face death in LC Valley rape, murder case

http://lmtribune.com/article_1c73611...71eff089f.html

Nov 12 2014

CLARKSTON, Wash. - A Clarkston man could face the death penalty if convicted of raping and killing a 69-year old woman and dumping her naked body on a public beach.

Court documents released Wednesday show that 69-year-old Ina Richardson was beaten, strangled and her body was left naked under a blanket at a park near the banks of the Snake River, where she was found by a passerby early last Friday morning.

Richardson was last seen late Thursday night near the Albertson's in Clarkston. Witnesses came forward saying they saw Richardson at the grocery store the night she was last seen. She asked at least one person for a ride home, but he was going the other direction and could not drive her home. According to court records, Richardson was seen walking towards a vehicle, described as a "box-style, older American-made vehicle" with mismatched hubcaps.

On Monday Clarkston Police Officer Darin Boyd stopped a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle. The driver was Bisir B. Muhammad, otherwise known as Billy Joe Dallas. He was questioned about his whereabouts the night of the murder, but said he was somewhere else and that there's another vehicle matching that description in Clarkston.

Police developed enough evidence to search Muhammad's vehicle and inside they found condoms, latex gloves and other items in the trunk. He told police he knew Richardson, because he used to work at Albertson's and would see her there. He denied seeing her that night and said he had never talked to her for any period of time. However surveillance video obtained from that Albertson's shows Richardson talking to Muhammad for at least seven minutes on October 31 two weeks before she was killed. It also showed Muhammad carrying her grocery bags out of the store.

Police asked Muhammad if he would submit to a voluntary DNA test. He stated he's a registered Level 1 sex offender because of a prior rape conviction and that his DNA is already on file. He was convicted as a juvenile in 1977 on two counts of rape in West Memphis, Arkansas. His criminal history in Arkansas, under the name Billy Joe Dallas, also included battery and residential burglary convictions.

Muhammad denied a request for a polygraph and asked for an attorney......

Default Cuyahoga Falls murderer faces more charges after stabbing inmate

AKRON, Ohio — The man accused of fatally stabbing a Cuyahoga Falls woman dozens of times is now accused of stabbing a fellow inmate at the Summit County Jail in the head with a shank he fashioned from a plunger handle.

Jeffrey Conrad, 43, could potentially face attempted murder and felonious assault charges in connection with the stabbing.

Deputies said the fight with inmate Dennis McClelland, 35, may have been started because of race, but deputies are still investigating the cause. The duo fought Tuesday inside their pod and Conrad grabbed the plunger and stabbed him several times in the head. Deputies said the sharpened plunger was still somewhat dull so McClelland's injuries were mostly shallow puncture wounds.
McClelland is one of three people accused of running a methamphetamine lab from a Hudson home.

Conrad is accused of fatally stabbing Amanda Russell, 40, more than 50 times.

Shavelle Chavez Nelson was convicted Wednesday of first-degree premeditated murder in the 2013 shooting death of Palagor Jobi in Burnsville.
The verdicts and sentence in the Jobi case could have an effect on the prosecution of Nelson in another case.
He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 20-year-old Anarae Schunk.

Schunk went with Nelson and his girlfriend, Ashley Conrade, to Nina’s that night and went with them to Conrade’s Rosemount home after the shooting. She was never seen alive again. Her body, riddled with stab wounds, was found eight days later in a roadside ditch near Lonsdale, Minn.

Conrade is charged with aiding an offender in the Jobi case and first-degree murder in the Schunk case. .....

Default Negro Walter Wayne Howard arrested in Portland 1988 cold case

November 13, 2014
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) — Portland Police Bureau Cold Case Homicide Unit detectives arrested a 59-year-old Walter Wayne Howard on Thursday for the 1988 homicide of Renee Harvey in Portland.

Detectives said Walter Wayne Howard was arrested in San Diego, California, with the assistance of the San Diego Police Department and the California Department of Corrections.

Authorities said the investigation began on Jan. 15, 1988, when Harvey, 25, was found dead in her residence at 611 Southeast 27th Avenue in the East Buckman Neighborhood.

A friend of Harvey’s went to her residence because Harvey had not answered her phone. Police said the friend was concerned because Harvey was supposed to be home and always answered her phone.

Upon arriving at the residence, the friend noticed that the front door was closed but unlocked. She opened the door, called out for Harvey, and upon receiving no answer, entered the residence.

Police said she found Harvey’s body in the residence and knew immediately that Harvey was dead and called the police.

Homicide Detectives responded and learned that Harvey had been the victim of a burglary earlier in the week. She had been very upset about that crime and was in the process of moving to a new residence when her body was found......

Elderly flower shop owner beaten inside store

FOREST PARK, Ga. -- Police are looking for the suspect accused of severely beating a 73-year-old woman inside her Forest Park flower shop.

A customer found 73-year-old Pat White lying on a sofa inside Red N Gold Florist in the 4800 block of College Street Saturday morning.

White told police she was approached by the suspect as she opened her store for the day. She said the man threatened her with a knife, demanding money from the register. She gave him all the cash inside -- about $40. When the victim told him there was no more money, the suspect hit her in the face and ran.

Family members said White suffered irreparable damage to her left eye socket. She is scheduled to meet with a facial reconstruction expert to try to save the vision in her eye.

Forest Park police have released a composite sketch of the suspect, who the victim described as a slender black man in his early 20's. Anyone who recognizes him or has information in this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS.

The Forest Park business community is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
