Drive by shootings are a very effective means of attack against unsuspecting opponents. You're long gone before the kwaps show up. It doesn't require any skill with a firearm either. Assuming you're fully automatic.

Quote:
The attacker fled in the direction of the eastern Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah, with police giving chase on motorcycles, police spokeswoman Luba Samri said.
When the attacker saw the officers in pursuit, he opened fire in their direction and police shot back, she said.
One officer, 29-year-old Yosef Kirme, was killed, and another wounded in the shootout.
Not a very bright idea to try and chase down a drive by shooter on a freaking motorcycle. Unless you're Chuck Norris. Hymie is dead. Hymie is not Chuck Norris. Good riddance.
