Cops Hope Security Photos Will Help Collar Armed Bank Robbers

They came armed and meaning business.
But their business was stealing some quick cash.

Peel Police are on the hunt for two armed men who held up the CIBC on Creditview Road in Mississauga on Saturday. They've now released the photos of security videos from the incident, hoping you'll be able to lead them to the brazen bandits.

The crime unfolded during the busy pre-Christmas shopping day at around 1pm, when a customer was using an ATM at the branch. The client was startled by the appearance of the thieves, who ordered him to go inside the bank, sit down and be quiet.

Faced with the weapons, he did as he was told.

The duo then approached two tellers, as one made threatening gestures with a silver handgun. The employees turned over an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspects fled. No one's sure where they went but police are relieved that everyone involved followed their directions and that no one was injured.

Now they're on the hunt for both of them, who left some terrified people behind - and some grainy likenesses on the cameras.

Both men are said to be:

Black,
5' 9"- 6',
20-25,
Medium build.

The first man was wearing a white hoodie, a black ski mask, black pants, white shoes, black gloves and was armed with a small silver handgun.

The second guy was clad in a black hoodie, blue jeans, black gloves and a dark patterned bandanna.
