November 6, 2020

The court sentenced Perm student Daniil Shestakov to correctional labor, who posted a photo of the leader of Russian collaborators, General Andrei Vlasov, on the website of the Immortal Regiment. Reported by RIA News…

The man was found guilty under Article 354 of the Criminal Code (“Dissemination of information expressing obvious disrespect to society about the days of Russia’s military glory”). The court sentenced Shestakov to correctional labor and withholding 15 percent of his earnings for a period of nine months. It was also decided to recover from the convict the costs of paying for the services of a lawyer in the amount of 12 thousand rubles, as well as to confiscate the computer equipment with which Vlasov’s photo was sent.

Some of us can do this too

"The RusVesna portal has published a selection of videos of hacking cameras in Ukraine.

Unknown people hacked into webcams in coffee shops, hairdressers, mobile salons, switching the devices to sound mode, after which the anthem of the Soviet Union, Russia, Soviet songs and even an address from Vladimir Putin were heard from the camera speaker.

The videos are dated 2017, but only published now [2019].

Recall that in Ukraine, the public performance of the USSR anthem is prohibited by law."
