A New York woman, out with her son to buy Halloween candy for underprivileged children, was struck by a shopping cart from a walkway 4-stories above her.
Marion Salmon Hedges and her 13-year-old son where at the East Harlem mall, when Raymond Hernandez and Jeovanni Rosario of Harlem, allegedly pushed a cart which subsequently landed on Hedges. As Hedges fell to the ground, her son cried out in horror.

PORTLAND, Ore. - Two of the four suspects involved in the beating of a teenage girl on a MAX train last month appeared in court Friday.
Rakeshia Shamone Burns, 18, along with a 16-year-old and 13-year-old girl face several charges for the attack on 14-year-old Karley Buckland the day after Christmas.
The mother of the suspects, 38-year-old Selena Estell Harris, was charged with hindering prosecution. Police say she lied to them about where her daughters were and hid them from investigators.
The attack on Buckland was captured on a cell phone camera and the video went viral on YouTube.
Court documents say that Buckland told police that after she got on the MAX at the Clackamas Transit Center, a group of 20 to 30 teenagers who...

Autumn Pasquale Strangled, Thrown into the Garbage, by a Black Youth, Justin Robinson, for her Bike
September 12, 2013 Woodbury, New Jersey (News12, ABC NEWS) – he New Jersey teenager who strangled a 12-year-old Clayton girl last October was given the maximum sentence in the crime Thursday.
Justin Robinson, 16, was sentenced to 17 years in prison for the death of Autumn Pasquale. The maximum sentence was worked out in a plea bargain.
Family and friends of Pasquale plan to protest outside the courthouse today, arguing the sentence is not long enough.
The teen has admitted to luring the girl into his home and strangling her. After she didn’t return home, a massive two-day search began. Pasquale’s body was later found in a recycling container next to the Robinson’s house.
A New Jersey teenager called his actions “a big mistake”...
